I really liked the view as well as the clean kitchen. the shower was also exceptional! the staff also gave us extended late checkout which was nice. there is a convenient store on the bottom floor which has everything you need!

the bathroom had a strong odor. it was a bit expensive when you factor in a 100 shekel cleaning fee plus 17% tax for Israeli citizens. the internet was very slow which affected the Netflix.

There is no parking related to the apartment

Modern design. Sparkly cleaned apartment. Comfortable mattresses. High-speed internet. Super smart shower. Amazing views looking into the Carmel slopes. Quite and comfortable stay. An AP/PM convenience store right there. many restaurant options nearby. The host was available for an immediate response all day long. He was very helpful and nice. We had a wonderful experience, and we will be back on our next vacation. We highly recommend.

In most places around Israel customer service is disastrous. Not just bad, but disastrous. This place is an exception. Extremely helpful, polite and welcoming approach from the beginning till the end of your stay. The apartment itself is quite nice. Quiet, nice views, generally everything working. Netflix access was a perk too.

The bed mattress was too hard - not comfortable for sleeping. I guess different people have different preferences, but to me it was way too firm. The kitchen equipment was rather basic - one pot, one pan + some plates and cutlery. I have no idea why you are asked to wash the dishes and take out the garbage before checking out, especially when you've paid an extra cleaning fee on top of the regular price.

The shower water got the whole bathroom floor wet. The bottom of the door needs a better sealing. The two single beds attached to each other in the room toward the street had different heights. Street light came through the curtain at night. It needs blackout certain.

The view from the balcony - trees and sea, is exceptional.

There were no, even minimal, kitchen facilities.

Great apartment I liked everything about it from the rooms to the shower to the good location. The owner is great just great I had a small issue and he fixed it right away by himself and gave me a discount and for that alone I will for sure book again with him!

Nothing. The exterior had garbage all over it. Looked like a filthy place when we got out of the car.

Fridge was VERY tiny for two bedrooms. Set right up against the kitchen table in a cabinet so that we had to struggle to get things out. The freezer did not close so frozen things defrosted. No toaster. Really? The area was by a hospital and we heard sirens all night. The people above were constantly watering plants and when the windows were open, the water came in onto the beds. The couch had a burn home which was unsightly. We caught COVID so make sure you do a GREAT CLEANING. With no dishwasher, I wonder if the Covid was from your silverware. They say it can last on metal for up to 72 hours. All the utensils were NOT spotless. No frying pan. No spatula.
