Excellent accommodation and facilities on the Estrela complex, and particularly the pool side cafe which served great English breakfasts. The host kindly let us use the apartment on the last day until 4pm which was much appreciated.

Some slight confusion on our arrival time which did not affect key handover or distract from our experience.

The apartment was well located close to Alvor and supermarkets. A decent walk to both but short hop in the car.

The apartment was spacious but far too basic beds were like blocks of concrete, hot water was scalding and was extremely dangerous for the kids so much that we couldn't allow them use the taps. Only one shower was of any use and even then the shower curtain was like a bin liner. The apartment reminded me of something you would be happy with as an 18 year old on a holiday with Friends

Very spacious apartment. Good sized pool on site, plus a restaurant and a snack bar.

We are yet to receive our damage deposit back. The host was due to meet us to pick the keys up but informed us to "leave the keys on the table" when we check out. I have since messaged the host and received no response which is not good enough.

Excellent location and facilities at the apartment. Good for access to the Alto golf course and the lovely fishing village of Alvor.

Spacious apartment, just right for a party of 6; 5 adults and one teenager. Lovely hotel complex. Julio and his Dad were on hand should we have had any problems. Lovely beach within a 15 minute walk.

We were aware of the location before we got there, so this is not a criticism. There are a few restaurants/bars within a 20 minute walk. However, as a Tripadvisor user, to go to higher rated restaurants you will need to get a taxi. Not a problem as reception will order one and there within a few minutes. However it is an additional cost to your holiday. A few problems with the air conditioning but these were sorted during our stay.
