It was a nice place

The apartment is well maintained. it was squeaky clean. Beds are comfortable. The location looks a bit shabby upon first arrival, but is is nicely centrally located, with the city’s main square and centro storico at a few minutes walk and nice restaurants within walking distance. Parking is in front and free if you’re lucky, otherwise around the corner at low cost. The host has thought of many details eg emergency and tourist info is provided, and breakfast is included, in a nice bar at 2 minutes walk; also he made himself available for check-in and when we had questions.

As noted in previous reviews, the bathroom (especially shower) is very narrow. Also worth noting is that there are 47 steps to reach the apartment, and no elevator. The host was kind enough to help us with our luggage.

Good location, parking is not always easy to find free, but the paid ones in the street are ok too. Rooms are nice.

Ours was only a one-night stay. We saw this accommodation on the site, which is near the town centre, and at a very reasonable price, and booked. What we did not expect was to be taken to a spacious, two bedroom apartment. This lovely home is spotlessly clean, bright and well furnished. There is a large, master bedroom with a tv, and a smaller one with a single bed. The living room is comfortable and has a separate small kitchen, which, despite the size has all the appliances, including dishwasher. The fridge had mineral water, beer and fruit juice on the house. The bathroom is clean and the shower works well. Breakfast was included, in the form of a voucher at a bar,which was a three minute walk. Good quality, classic Italian breakfast. The owner arrived outside the property to show us where to park, outside the building. He was friendly and helpful. Anyone planning to stay in this city for a few days couldn’t possibly make a better choice. I’m not surprised it won a 'Booking' award.
