Very centrally located and accessible. The host and contacts are very friendly and helpful.

A bit old and can improve or modernize the furnitures and the toilet. Overall, it was still a very good stay.

Difficult to initially find.

it is very central and spacious for the 3 of us. I like the fact that you had essential ingredients for cooking and for cleaning. the owner was very helpful and very available. there is a parking n’y space so that was a very good point in the middle of Crans Montana. the ski lift is literally 5 mn walk over the other street.

the decoration was ok but could be improved ( decluttered) and beware as the water heater might be an issue if you are having 6 showers one after the other. We were 3 friends and we never run out of hot water ( but a note warned us of this possible issue)

The apartment is very centralised.

A parking space was included in the price. This space was occupied during our entire stay and no solution was given to us. We had to pay for a public space and extend it every hour for 2 days! The apartment was dirty, old fashion and badly renovated. The kitchen and its accessories (especially cutlery and glasses) were very dirty, in times of Coronavirus, this situation was unbearable. We went out to eat and spent the minimum amount of time in the apartment. There was also a very unpleasant and persistent deodorant smell (nauseating). Due to all this, we had difficulties with our son who did not want to stay in this apartment. On the amount of cleaning to be paid in cash (75.-!) we deducted 20.- for parking and 10.- for the dirty state of the kitchen. The owner said that she had not encountered this kind of problem before, and accepted the deduction. We thank her. But we can't recommend this apartment, especially for the price.

Careful with hidden cleaning fees. In the end those were more expensive than the apartment itself!

Excellent location. Close to supermarket, good restaurant, and boulangerie. The host was responsive when we needed to communicate. The apartment, balcony, kitchen, etc. and above average. It was a great value overall.

It a bit confusing where to park and getting in to the apartment, despite the well done video instructions, but the host was responsive. We had issues figuring out the wifi and getting on the network, but again the host was responsive. We also had trouble with hot water and a fuse just before we left. I was caught by surprise of the need to leave cash at the end for cleaning and tax, as it is not as traceable as card. But it was clear on the website.

This place was incredible! Very spacious and comfortable.

Great location

The apartment needs some updating. There was only enough hot water for one person to shower after skiing.

Stayed there for two nights. The apartment has exceeded all expectations, was beautiful, cosy and spacious at the same time. The location is perfect. The owner really took time developing access instructions and was very friendly. Will definitely book again when we are there!

We have not noticed anything we did not like.
