Location right in the heart of the Dutch quarters which is super nice. The room was of good size and the bed was comfy to sleep in.

The shower was encircled quite narrowly with a shower curtain which didnt leave much room to move in the shower.

Great value for money, tasteful apartment, very clean, in a great, central location.

The staff is very confused and unprofessional. They gave me another guest's room as they didn't understand my surname and didn't check my passport, also the check-in sheet had some illegible, hand-scribbled name on it (that somewhat looked like mine) and no address, so I signed it. At 22:30h, the other guest all of a sudden stood in my room as somehow, he had acquired a 2nd key and had been able to open my door even though it was locked from within with my key in the lock. When I checked out, the invoice for my company wasn't ready even though I had given them the address through booking.com and had required a bill and when I got it later in the mail, it didn't have my company name on it and instead a 10-digit post code, which doesn't exist in Germany. So it would be helpful if the staff were less sloppy, better trained and had a basic command of German. Also: no breakfast, apartment lit by blue-ish LEDs like a turkish tea house, not very cosy.

I spent one night in the apartment on the occasion of business trip and I am very satisfied with my stay. The communication with the owners/managers was very smooth and clear, I just picked up my key and easily found the apartment that was close by the reception, located in a most beautiful Dutch Quarter of Potsdam. The apartment was on the 1st floor of a historical building, above the little restaurant. It was comfortable, quiet and clean and had all I needed (incl. stable wi-fi and iron which is important when travelling on business). There were a lot of cosy little restaurants in the proximity as well as convenience store EDEKA nearby. Location-wise, it's just few tram stops away from Potsdam main station, where you can hop on a train to Berlin.

Few things that could be avoided: the remote control had no battery and there were no curtains in the room I stayed. In winter is ok, but definitely not for summer. Next time I would ask for a different room.

Central to restaurants etc and Hollandisher Viertel;

scruffy, with no additions like water/coffee/fresh teabags. Shower fittings loose and bath/shower very small, and high to climb into.

The shower was the only problem. It was only half a shower without even curtains due to the slanted ceiling. I could not stand and only the hand shower was functioning.

unfortunately the rooms were not cleaned when we were handed the room but the team ensured we had it sorted in an hour with a little bonus too thx!!

It was a very beautiful room, beautifully designed, with unexpected devices like radio. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and hope to stay there in future too.

I’ve stayed in the Apartament number 5. It’s on the second floor and despite open windows during the night - extremely quiet! Right in the middle of the city centre. It has everything you may need for a short stay. Keys collection is just around the corner and very convenient parking garage literally 2 minutes walking away. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay again next time when in Potsdam.

Location wise is perfect but cause you are close to the city centre but yet it's a calm area (at least during corona)

Newly and tastefully refurbished place and very clean.

Arrived at address after walking all day to find out we had to go somewhere else to pick up the key. At that place, while within check in times, had to call a number and be guided to a locker to collect the keys. Do not understand why that locker cannot be at the actual location. Room is above a restaurant and you can hear the music until they close. Staff were a bit touchy. We’re told to leave the key in the room at check out, which meant we had no key to get out of the locked front door at 10am. Had to sneak out of the courtyard at the back which was full of the restaurant rubbish... hm...

The interior design was really beautiful. The room had all the facilities needed.

Had some problems with the internet connectivity.

The location. The apartment is not where it is shown in booking.com as that is the office where you collect the keys.
