Property and location was just what we were looking for. Not as clean as we had hoped upon arrival. Empty wine bottle and eggs left in the refrigerator, dish washer was not emptied.

This unit was tastefully furnished & extremely clean. It has a fantastic view visible from the main areas. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful scenery.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The views were incredible, the home immaculate, and our time was amazing. The owners decor was just my style! I’d love to stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This was one of the best properties that we have stayed at so far. The view was amazing and the surrounding towns were great! I highly recommend it! If I had to say one negative thing, it would be that the trash receptacles are not convenient. We had to drive to throw out the trash when we left the property. Not that big of a deal, but a little inconvenience on an otherwise perfect stay.

As soon as we opening the front door, we were pleased with the VIEW, the 5000' elevation condo provided and the apportionments within. The furniture throughout was very comfortable. The fireplace was welcomed to salve the disappointment of the cool rainy weather (40 degrees in May) and windy conditions. As a result we were not able to enjoy the deck either, but it was taunting us the whole time. For the most part, all necessities are included except a couple of minor items in the kitchen. Driving up and down the mountain was easy (except for snowy weather I'm told) to navigate and the location was close to a lot the Smokies have to offer.
There are no trails, eateries, or outdoor fire pit at the condo, and smoking is not allowed on the property. Not a problem for us.
WE thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to visiting again.
The rental process was excellent with rapid responses to every text sent and question asked.
We highly recommend the rental.

Thank you for sharing your home with us! We truly enjoyed the stay! It was super clean and exquisitely presented! We felt like we were walking into a model home! It was so much like home, we have the exact livingroom coffee/end tables in one of our homes!! Lol. So we must say you have great taste!
We loved the view off the deck and from the livingroom & master suite!
We truly enjoyed our stay! And as a bonus, the Vacasa website/app made the reservation/check-in/check-out a breeze! And we appreciated the txt from Vacasa advising us the home was clean and available for early check-in. Everything regarding our stay was awesome! We tried to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately it was booked.
We will definitely return if we are in the area again! A+++++

This was one of the cleanest rentals we've ever used. The picture from the porch didn't do the actual view justice - gorgeous! There was plenty of space for our family. We really appreciated the amenities that were provided. As mentioned in the description, you may need a 4-wheel drive vehicle. We experienced sleet/snow in early April.

Very nice condo that had everything we needed for our family trip to the mountains. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lots of twists and turns on the road to the condo, but we had no problem getting to or finding the condo. The condo is a 10 minute drive from the Sugar Mountain ski area with no traffic. Be aware, parking is severely limited at the ski area; if you don’t get there early, you may not be able to park.

We take an annual ski trip to sugar mountain. We found your listing and it was perfect! Our only wish was an 11:00 check out time. We went night skiing, so we came in late. We wished we could have enjoyed the place a bit longer yesterday morning. Very cozy and clean, loved the view!

This two bedroom home was perfect for us. The entire place was immaculate, had plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything and was set up thoughtfully. As others have noted, the views are outstanding. The drive to the Sugar Mtn parking was 11 minutes and easy. Only one thing that would make this better - the second bedroom would benefit from an additional lamp or change the existing lamp to a three-way to increase the brightness at night. We are already planning to schedule an autumn trip and hopefully stay at the same home!

The views were immaculate. The quality leather furniture went well with the fireplace and was extremely comfortable. The kitchen came with everything you needed. The bathrooms were flawless. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Sugar/Beech area.

The views are phenomenal, the place is perfect size and has everything you need! Very peaceful and quiet. We came this Thanksgiving and last Thanksgiving. Probably going to make it our go to place from now on for Thanksgiving vacation.

The location, view, and furnishings were beautiful! However, there was a separate shower, but the light was burned out. They left instructions to clean up the trash, but no trash bags. When I requested a late check-out, it would cost $22 more. You can't use the fireplace past April ( it is May 24th)but, temp tonight will be in the 40's. I called about the lightbulb and trash bags, but no one ever came to take care of those things. They could have at least offered the late check-out ( it was our 37th anniversary). Not very good customer service.

The condo was perfect for a family of four. It was very spacious on the inside. The floors were nice and the kitchen was able to handle breakfast for four daily. The fireplace was nice and warm. The view from the deck every morning was majestic. I would love to own a piece of this rental to ensure i get to stay every year. My family got to feel very high class for a very reasonable price.

We stayed for the weekend on a visit to Sugar Mountain resort. The condo was clean and quiet with beautiful views and easy access to the ski slopes - about a 3 mile drive. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our family of four. It had all of the basics for cooking in, including necessary pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, as well as necessary cleaning supplies, as well as mini-soaps and shampoos and blowdryer. All was exactly as expected.

The views from this condo are amazing! The unit is very well stocked. We did have an issue with the gas fireplace and called about the issue. We had a service technician at the condo in less than 30 minutes. The fireplace was fixed and we enjoyed the rest of our afternoon.

We arrived at the condo just in time for sunset and the view was just stunning! There's nothing quite like watching the sun dip below the mountains. The view is definitely the best feature of the home. The home had plenty of space for a family of 4 and had a cozy feel. The location is convenient to Sugar Mountain and there is a grocery store nearby as well.

Loved everything about this property. Views were awesome, condo is clean and well stocked. The only thing (and only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars) was when I asked to checkout an hour or 2 later they couldn’t accommodate. My wife and I were there on our 20th wedding anniversary and wanted to take our time checking out. They did offer for me to check in 3hrs early but didn’t tell me until 1pm and plans to arrive were already made for 4p. When I asked about a late checkout instead I was told offers to checkout late for a fee are auto-generated 24-48hrs prior to check in via text. But an offer to check in early only 2-3 hrs before check in was useless given my plans. Communication with rental property was promp.
