Overall we found the location was excellent. Clean, great views, and walking distance to center of downtown. I would certainly recommend to anyone. However, we did encounter some issue, to which you did help resolve some of them. My notes below: No VRBO notebook with information, internet, etc. Had to make calls to VRBO Contact Person (Mary), for basic info. Did not have code for front door key. Could not utilize family room TV? Battery issues or something else? Bedroom worked. I didn't check other bedroom. Internet gor phone/computer wifi keeps disconnecting. We also had internet completely out on Thursday afternoon and night. Smaller Bedroom bed issues. Since there was no information notebook I had no idea that the bed was inflatable. I slept 3 nights (I didn't actually sleep), until I discovered remote to blow the bed up. Obviously a health issue. Dishes in dishwasher. Appear clean but should have been put away.

Great location and perfect for our little family!

Excellent location. Basic accommodation. TV requires you to sign up for or have a streaming service. If you cook, their is minimal spices, etc that are common in most VRBO properties. All appliances are excellent quailty. Directions for use are hard to find.

My husband and I , brother in law and sister in law went to Ketchikan on a fishing trip. This was a great house to stay at with a beautiful view of the harbor. It was in a great location as we were within walking distance to everything that we needed. The beds were super comfy and the place was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we went back to Ketchikan. Mary was great to work with and was always there to answer questions that I had.

We had absolutely everything we needed and the town of Ketchikan at our doorstep! The house was completely and very comfortably appointed. We loved having the back deck and grill—we enjoyed grilling and sipping wine overlooking the Thomas Basin. We would book here again in a heartbeat

The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well situated to either walk downtown, or enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio whilst enjoying an excellent view of the ocean! Communication was prompt and accurate, can’t wait to come back!!
