This home is beautiful and pefectly equipped. There were six of us in it and there was more than enough room. It is updated and has every amenity that you might need. Best of all, it's right by a babbling brook and it was so relaxing to listen to it from the deck. It's close to the tennis courts and the slopes. We will return!

The home was cozy and neat. The size looked a bit smaller than what was in the photos. A crowd of 10 will feel crammed.
Overall the location was close to main attractions. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms were a good size. The upper bedrooms were smaller for the kids but decent size.
Main issue we had was that though we could park two cars there is no assigned spots so if you are coming in late, you might not get a spot. We had to park of the side of the lot for the night.
The overall response from Vacasa very poor as we got responses after we left the property. Though they charge for cleaning, you pretty much have to clean everything before you leave. Only thing to leave as is is the bathroom and bedroom.

Great condo, nicely located, a 1-minute drive to Sugar Mountain ski resort and 5-minute drive to Banner Elk. Very clean, lots of amenities and a beautiful fireplace. Gorgeous high balcony, overlooking a stream in a quiet area. Good stay, nothing bad to report.

Felt at home staying here, very comfortable and kept clean. Very short walk to ski resort, walked with snowboards no problem. Will be looking here first when going to sugar mountain in the future.

A beautiful remodel. There were a few problems we experienced.
The porch light had no bulb and there were 13 steps up to the entry. We arrived after dark and had to use a flashlight to open the key box. The master bed mattress creaked each time we got in and out of bed. There are spiral stairs to the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms so we did not use the upper rooms.
The floors had s.all bits of popcorn , a rock , a d small bits of cereal beneath the eating table ( table is huge with bench for seating).
The kitchen. was this units saving grace. The deck is heavenly.
We would not recommend to couples over 70 yrs old. I think our difficulties were relative to our health and age. It is a fantastic unit for a couple with children and young couples.
We wi be booking future stays , however, with Vacasa. They are nice people.

My family and I loved the lovely space to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. It was a beautiful location on Sugar Mountain with great access to Banner Elk, the Alpine Coaster, and Tweetsie’s Ghost Train. Breakfast at Bella’s in Banner Elk was only minutes away and such a treat. The short drive from the Sugar Mountain entry took us away from the hustle and bustle that always comes with a fall vacation in the NC Mountains. We made great memories!!

The unit was fine however we did. Or have any water when we checked in. Called Vacasa and was told they had sent a message to local rep and we would get a call that night or the morning. No one ever called. Luckily we were able to figure our someone had turned off the water switch.

Great spot, 3 minute walk to Sugar Mountain golf club or 5 minute walk to the base of the ski mountain. Dale's place was well appointed and our two families had a blast!

We used this condo for a weekend trip for a family wedding. The condo was nice and clean except for the sofa bed. There were plenty of crumbs and dirt when we opened it up. And there were no sheets available for it. No Kleenex were available either

This was the perfect condo for a girls get away with my friend and our daughters! Great location to all the fun area adventures spots (Apline Coaster, ropes course, Nmmer Elk park and Cafe, Banner Elk and Granfather Mountain Winery, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis Mast General Store with park and wading in the Wautaga River, Otter Falls, Boone for shopping and lunch)! We need to go back soon to add new adventures to our list! The condo was so cozy, clean, and thoroughly enjoyable! It’s in a gorgeous location and even not being golfers we got to enjoy the beaitiful scenery of the course. It’s really easy to get to with a grocery minutes away!

Two of my friends and I stayed at Glen G28 while we did a rafting trip on the Nolichucky River. The place was great. Adequate space inside. Beautiful outdoor porch. The place was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to others.

The townhouse was well thought out for guests. We found all of the items we needed for our stay including linens and soaps etc. The location is just beautiful being new to the area we didn't know what to expect. The wi-fi was super fast. We were so close to Sugar and the surrounding towns that had great dining options. We went hiking and bike riding in the area on this trip. A great find. Recommend.

Presidents Day weekend 2022
We LOVED the location of this condo! We walked to the slopes, skating and tubing! Plenty of room for 2 families. The gas fireplace was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The upstairs bedrooms got warm but the fans worked well to cool them off. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty good location, visible to the golf course, very short drive to skiing, skating, tubing
Pretty dark at night so if you plan to arrive late bring a flashlight
Checking in and out easy, we didn’t cook but close to some restaurants and a grocery store
Unit has a keurig for coffee which makes everything easy

Weekend Getaway
Such a great condo! Even with 7 adults and 3 children it felt spacious & cozy at the same time. Super clean and nicely updated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice rental
Our family enjoyed this rental. It was as advertised and had room for all in our group (and a few that didn't make the trip). Kitchen was well stocked. Location of rental is convenient to activities. Some light switches are in weird places but they are marked.

Emergency situation
House was lovely and clean. Supplies were great. Had everything we needed. The only problem was we came back one night and the electricity had gone out ( no fault of the owners). Flash lights or lanterns would have been really nice to have at that time. We had little children who were really scared of the dark. Great house. I’d stay there again.

Great Home!
All of us absolutely loved this home. It is a large 4 bedroom condo with all the amenities including a fully stocked large kitchen. It is apparent that the house was recently remodeled and it is very beautiful and has a great layout. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a sink, making it even more convenient (especially traveling w/ small kids). We thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay here again.

The space has been renovated and ready for guests. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace. I typically enjoy wood burning, but after a day on the slopes, the ease of just flipping a switch was really enjoyed. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics cookware, and even includes two sets of silverware if you have a larger party. The bathrooms have a jack and jill setup on both floors, so there is not "master" bathroom per se, but that was not a problem for our party. Our one complaint was about the washer/dryer. We really appreciated having one in unit, but it was both noisy and inefficient. No matter what setting we had on the dryer, it would take a couple of full cycles to dry. Even with small loads. All-in-all we really liked the space, and we'd look to stay there again.

Thanksgiving
Kitchen was very well equipped to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. There were nice paved paths along the golf course and short walking distance to the skating rink.

Not what we expected
Pictures online were not the same as the actual unit. Unit was dirty with lots of old pots and pans along with newer ones. Bottom Oven drawer was very Dirty. There was always a dirty, musty smell.

Not what we expected
Three main areas of concern were cleanliness, noisy and thin king mattress in upstairs bedroom, and communication with property manager. The floors and toilets were the two areas that we cleaned ourselves. We mentioned our concern with the mattress to the Local property Manager office but nothing was done regarding that. There has been a lack of communication with the property manager since a few days before we even booked. Mostly none of my questions were ever answered and those that were took a long time for the reply.
We will not return to this rental again.
