the location was great. it was good to be able to take our dog.

the floor was cold. a rug for winter would be nice.

The house has been tastefully renovated, offering an open planned living area and great facilities. It is a quality home. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent. We were so impressed we have booked for another stay.

How can we criticise a beautiful find.

It was a very nice self-contained property in a good location, given I was playing in a tennis tournament at the Forster Tennis Club on Lake Street. It was good to have access to Netflix and high speed wifi.

It was cold in the property apart from the single wall heater in the lounge. Also, would have been better to have bath towels and bed linen in the price, rather than having to bring our own.

Keys ready and i was advised when i could collect. Property well presented. Very clean it had everything required for a comphy weekly stay. A fab location.

I would love a full length mirror to check myself once dressed for the day.

Pet friendly definitely number 1 importance for us. large secure yard. close to Forster. Lovely seaside feel.

Some small cleaning issues but overall pretty good.

The location was great and the house was comfortable and clean with a great outdoors area of the back of the house. The agent also came promptly to remove a dead rat from the side walkway.

we had to ring the agents as there was only 1/2 a toilet roll and no spares, we were there for 2 nights and there was only 1 dishwashing tablet and we couldn't get the TV to work despite the agent coming around to look at it....there was no clear instructions. with the cost being $608 for 2 nights i thought all the little things should have been covered a little better.

I liked that it was in walking distance to lots of things and that it had a nice yard.

it’s run by a company who weren’t very attentive and it lacked a few basic necessities which then made it feel less “homely.” The purpose of the trip was to be a home away from home. The owners use a company to rent their place out. it’s a home but with no paper towel, no tissues, 1 roll of toilet paper only allowed, must supply your own linen or pay extra and leather couches that needed a clean or at least deodorized. I also think the outdoor seating could have been a bit cleaner so we avoided sitting out there. We travel a lot as a family and that’s are not huge expectations they are just things that we feel should have been included from the start.

Decent property in good location.

It wasn’t clean with hair in bathroom drawers and a pile of swept up dirt in kitchen the cleaners forgot to discard. The outdoor area was not cleaned up either. Very disappointing.

Some light bulbs were out watering system kept coming on morning and afternoon despite heavy rain for 5 days we were there Some boxes under sink empty like dishwashing

House could have been a bit cleaner.
