Tropical Sunridge Estates Large Family Pool Retreat-6 minutes to Lake Mohave!
Traiga a su familia y amigos a este nuevo alquiler de vacaciones de una sola planta en la hermosa Sunridge Estates. Casa de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, más 1 habitación, 1 baño completo, casita. Esta acogedora casa duerme 16! Siéntese y relájese junto a la piscina tropical y el spa con vistas a las montañas y los tejados. La piscina tiene una rueda de cambio de color para que las luces cambien de color. Diversión para ver de noche. La piscina también tiene un estante Baja y una mesa integrada para disfrutar de un buen cóctel o limonada fría. Vista del casino Peek-a-boo desde Gazebo. Un montón de mesas de patio al aire libre con 3 mesas de patio (capacidad para 18) y 4 sillones para tomar el sol. Un montón de espacio para 2 - 3 familias para esparcirse y pasar un buen rato haciendo barbacoas, nadando, jugando o viendo el gran juego en nuestros televisores de pantalla grande. El lago Mohave y el desembarco de Katherine están a 12 minutos. Casino y lanzamiento de botes en el río están a 5 minutos. Garaje para dos coches y estacionamiento para cuatro vehículos más en el camino circular. Bote y estacionamiento de motos de agua en calle. WIFI gratuito y DIRECTV. 1 cama king, 2 sofás cama Queen en la casita, cama queen con litera doble y nido doble y dos literas triples que duermen 3 cada una en la habitación con literas (perfecta para todos los niños). Gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10 más dos en el mostrador y una mesa adicional con capacidad para 4 más. Cocina completamente equipada con casi todo para cocinar para todo el grupo. Parecerá que nos mudamos y ustedes se mudaron. Bunkroom tiene una gran pantalla de televisión y una PS3 con juegos para niños. Disfrute de un día en el lago o el río y luego venga a casa para hacer una barbacoa y refrescarse en la piscina o disfrutar del relajante jacuzzi. Casita tiene juegos de mesa con 2 sofás y una pequeña cocina con fregadero y una pequeña nevera / congelador. Restaurantes y casinos están a 5 minutos en coche. El club de Sam está a 5 minutos. Loved this house and all that it gave. Jennifer is a perfect host. She was very responsive and patient. She made sure we checked in on and checked to see if needed anything. Before arriving, I asked if we could possibly check in early, due to us arriving early from a 4 hour drive. I only asked for a couple of hours but was able to check in 4 hours early. Neighborhood is very nice.The majority of our stay was outside in the beautiful patio area, by the awesome pool. Loved the Casitas. There was plenty of space for our family. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home that featured a beautiful pool with a charming casita. This house is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough!
The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay. It was just what the family needed after a hot day on the lake. My teens especially loved it when we turned on the lights. This gave them a perfect background for all their pictures. The surrounding area was beautifully landscaped and easily had seats for everyone.
The casita added a wonderful touch to the overall charm of the property. There was so much space and it was perfect for my cousin's family of 4.
The main house itself was equally impressive, offering spacious and comfortable living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.
I have to mention that Jennifer, the property owner, is amazing. She answered all our questions immediately. We have rented from her before, and her level of hospitality is a huge reason we keep coming back.
Overall, my stay at this vacation home was an absolute delight and we can’t wait to come back.

This house was perfect for our group! There was something for everyone. Between the pool, the large dining room table for playing games, the room layout, and the proximity to Lake Mohave it was a memorable trip. Jennifer, the host, was great! We look forward to our next trip!

This was our second time staying here. This is house is beautiful,the pool is awesome,kitchen fully stocked and just overall a great place to enjoy time with family when not at the river. Jennifer is so easy to communicate with for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this home to anyone especially larger groups as the house is very spacious. Thank you again Jennifer! We will be back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay!! Well stocked kitchen. Loved the pool for volleyball! Great amount of sitting area for our large party. All 10 Beds were comfy. Loved the double refrigerators. Great house. Really appreciated having our golden retriever being able to join us too! And 10 minutes from the landing was so ideal!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your great home!! Would love to come back again!!

This was an amazing, and relaxing place to spend with family from all over the states! Perfect place to go for hiking, or seeing some of your buck-list places like the Grand Canyon, or The Hoover Dam, or just spend the day in to relax. The weather for us was too cold for the pool but the spa was awesome for those chilly nights.
Overall the place was very clean when we arrived, and the owner's were great as well. Communication with them was never an issue, their responses were always immediate and very helpful and respectful.
I'm not very good with reviews, and am having a hard time putting words down so I will just say, we had an awesome time, the place was perfect, and the host's were amazing as well! We put this place on our vacation map and will definitely be coming back!

We have stayed at this house several times and always have the best time. We have a dog and being pet friendly is important to us. Not many houses are pet friendly. Jennifer the host is always there to answer my texts promptly about questions I have. Very easy to work with. The house is always very clean and well stocked.
The house is at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very quiet. The backyard has a lot of seating areas with a nice pool and jacuzzi. Plus, it’s nice to come home from a day of boating and hit the jacuzzi.
This is our go to house when we are in town boating.

This property was far more than expected! The pool was perfect for families with small children and adults alike. The Casita was perfect for a little privacy and quietness. The spacious setting provided plenty of space for dining, visiting and playing board and card games! It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. The owners were the best.....kind, helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely book this home again!

My family of 9 and 1 friend went to this place, and we had an amazing time. The owners respond fast to text messages. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa every day. The pool was so warm according to the kids, and the spa in the evening with the heat on was relaxing. My kids did not want to leave when it was time. My 4 year old is no longer scared of the pools like she was before we went here.
The house, the casita, and the pool area were clean like the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and were plenty of space for everyone to sleep. It was like home with everything supplied that you would need.

We had an amazing time in the pool it lights up at night which the kids loved! But most importantly it was clean and spacious. The house is very accommodating, we had a large family of 14 and still had plenty of space to spare.
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking necessities and bathroom had extra towels if needed.
Host stayed in communication with us and made sure everything was going good.

Jennifer is super awesome to communicate with. I appreciate how welcoming she was. We has a change of plans last minute and needed to bring our dog. He’s a great dog and well behaved, but I understand when folks are hesitant to have dogs on their property. Our lab enjoyed a couple of swims in the pool too. The house is clean and comfortable. The location to launch on Mohave or get to the casinos was great.

Jennifer's home was perfect for our family. Great grandparents stayed in the Casita, which worked out great for when they wanted to go to bed early. The Casita had everything they needed.
The grandchildren loved the pool and there was plenty of seating outside. Dining room table was large enough for us all to play games. Jennifer was very quick to turn on the hot tub whenever we texted her.......which was a lot! :-)
We've stayed in other homes owned by Jennifer and look forward to future stays.

The property was one of the better VRBOs I’ve stayed at! The location was great. About a 2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon. We are by the casinos a few night and enjoyed every meal. The pool was absolutely wonderful and clean! Easy check in and check out.

It was a great property we enjoyed our Easter weekend with my family. Very comfortable space for a big family, kids enjoyed the pool while we the adults relaxed on the patio area enjoying the weather. Would definitely recommend this property.
