Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. Vacasa customer service was very responsive and helped to resolve a couple minor entrance questions. Wonderful views Hot tub worked very well, Good location.
The However was that we were surprised that some of the "basics" in any rental weren't available and the didn't quite make sense at this price point. These may seem to be quite small, but attention to detail is part of the overall impression. There were no tissues anywhere, no iron, no Keurig (personal preference but may not be everyone's), no wrapping products (aluminum foil or similar), one dishtowel was supplied that was very ragged and didn't dry the dishes. Supplying a minimum of two standard cotton dishtowels shouldn't be a stretch for this level. Once again, I mention these because they've been staples in every other higher end condo that we've rented. You may not need them for everyone, but they certainly should be available for those who do.

The condo is in a great location with a great view. We loved the layout and appearance of the place. However, our whole reason for booking was to relax in the hot tub overlooking the mountains for our anniversary . The hot tub was green and full of algae. We contacted guest services several times with just apologies and “we are working diligently to resolve this issue”, “we are waiting to hear back from someone local”. We contacted guest service multiple times without the issue ever being resolved. The hot tub should have been checked before we ever arrived. Huge disappointment!

We went for a late season ski weekend at Sugar Mountain. The condo is literally adjacent to the mountain peak lift. Best location you could ask for. Views from the balcony were amazing. Place was comfortable and clean. We will definitely consider renting this spot again if it's available when we return.

Loved this condo at Sugar Mtn. Great decor and layout for our family of 4. So close to slopes, but the ski in/ski out slope was way too advanced for our kids so we drove the 5 minutes to the base. Hot tub is wonderful and the views can’t be beat. Definitely recommend!

We had problems with fireplace and WiFi when we got there. Staff was useless. We figured it out. The spa needs chemistry work. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. We only had 2 nights so it worked. Unit is very close to lift and snowmaking equipment which made noise all night. The listening doesn’t mention that.

Very cozy and beautiful place. Excellent view from deck/hot tub. The building is all the way at the top of the mountain, so an AWD/4WD vehicle is necessary during winter months. Summit Express lift access is a short walk up the hill. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with the things we needed. Management was quick to reply when we had a question. This was our first family ski trip and everyone had a great time. We didn't take advantage of the slopside access because it seemed beyond the level of our kids, but it wasn't too hard to drive to the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was so beautiful and the views were amazing. It was comfortable and very cozy while also being decorated very nicely. It had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend away for our anniversary. We will be back!

The condo was immaculate and the furnishings were modern and well-balanced. The view was spectacular. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. The only draw back was the fireplace was not functional and the remote batteries were dead. No one ever came to assist with the issues. We still enjoyed our stay.

This condo is in the perfect location! It was clean, the views were awesome and the hot tub was fantastic. My kids loved the bunk beds and it had every ammenity that we needed. All appliances were clean and in working order. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit itself is carefully maintained and well appointed.
The view can’t be beat and makes a lovely backdrop to the great room and master bedroom. Beds and sofas were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix multiple meals and even had kid’s plates & utensils. The fireplace worked well and gave off great heat.
If you're traveling with little kids, do note that the only chairs are barstool height (clearly depicted and no trouble for our 4 year old). The unit also had family-friendly games (Twister, Battleship, etc.), which was a nice touch.
We used the hot tub every day, but did notice a bit of mold near the filter and on the headrests. We aren’t germaphobes so it didn’t stop us from using the amenity, but we did take special care to thoroughly wash down after use. Only detraction from our otherwise perfect stay!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, enjoyable. The views--particularly the sunrises--were amazing. We very much enjoyed our time there--AFTER we cleaned. The "but" caveat: the floors were dirty (much sweeping required), there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and we had to wash the linens on the master bed (found a long black hair in the sheets--neither of us has long or black hair). Further, the hot tub had old mold stains in some of the cushions, the hot tub water was not clear nor were there instructions to test/maintain the proper pH, only one hot tub towel (for a place that sleeps at least 4?), no extra towels or linens. The two rollout beds might be useful to some (but again, see the lack of towels). While not required, it lacked some simple appointments that many other places have, like aluminum foil & plastic wrap. Coffee filters were provided--appreciated. We even had difficulties getting in; it was not indicated that the code supplied opened a key lockbox and not the keypad on the door.
Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time there. But the initial experience soured us and left a pall over our time. Finally, having contacted the property management service (Vacasa), we were assured that the local manager was notified and that we would be contacted regarding the addressing of these issues. No one contacted us or followed up. That part was exceptionally disappointing.

We were looking for a quiet restful place in the mountains to relax and recharge. This was perfect!
It was clean, well stocked, beautiful long range views, and I really enjoyed the hot tub.
Two suggestions: first is to explain that the entry code is to a lockbox under the stairs and not the keypad on the door. We were able to call someone and figure it out but it took a few minutes.
Second is to give some more specific tv instructions about changing from streaming services to cable. Again, finally figured it out but more information could be helpful.
Those were my only issues and now that I’ve learned how it works I will definitely be back!

Like other reviewers, we too, had issues with accessing the unit via the keypad lock when we arrived. I called the number on the listing and we attempted several times to access the unit via the keypad to no avail. Finally had to get the code to the lock box to access the unit with a key. This definitely needs to be resolved for future renters!
Once we were able to get into the unit, it was perfect. Extremely clean, comfortable furniture and bedding, and spectacular views from the deck. We enjoyed this unit tremendously and would definitely rent it again. We loved the board games available (played battleship several times), enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, and our time on the patio enjoying the view.
The only other feedback I have is that the unit sleeps 6 people but we were only given 2 towels for the hot tub. So, the 4 of us staying in the unit shared the 2 towels. Would have preferred to have 4. Would be nice if the rental company would leave more towels.

Upon arriving had to call and get code for the hide key bc the lock didn’t work. Took a minute to get someone on the phone. Then had to unload a full dishwasher. Thankfully the dishes were clean. Also there were no sheets on the master bed. Just a protector cover. We had to sleep in that the first night. Then when calling told the rep about the sheets and how we only had 4 towels even though we had a hot tub. She said that was all we were supposed to have. When she finally contacted me to the local Vacasa he was very helpful. Even sent 4 towels for the hot tub. Overall we had a great stay. The place is beautiful with a fantastic view! I would stay there again.

This was our second stay at Reserve 36-C. The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing and the cozy fireplace on the chilly nights. The views from the porch are amazing and we hope to return for another visit in the future!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway even though there were a few minor issues. Upon arrival, the electronic code would not open the door but when calling Vacasa we were easily walked through the process of opening the nearby lockbox for the key. We just used the key for entering each time which worked fine. The view was beautiful and very secluded. The hot tub would have been great except my husband quickly noticed upon lifting the lid that it had a musty smell. He called the support number and was told that no one was available to answer any questions about the hot tub. We were a little disappointed to say the least as we paid an additional “hot tub” fee with this particular rental. We own a hot tub at home so we are familiar with maintenance of them. The condo appeared to be clean for the most part, however, it clearly had not been vacuumed well. A large amount of crumbs were on the floor in the living room and a light covering of dust on the floor under furniture as well as on some of the furniture. It had clearly just been overlooked by the cleaning crew, but these small things make one wonder whether or not other areas such as the toilets were overlooked too. We will definitely return to the area as we love this area and have loved previous stays in this same type of condo but will think twice before renting through Vacasa.

We wanted a ski in/out location with a hot tub and this did not disappoint. Steps away from the summit lift where you can ski down in the morning to purchase your tickets for the day. Very clean and well equipped for cooking. If windy, it’s pretty loud and shakes the doors but it’s pretty high up in elevation so to be expected. Loved it and will def be back!

My wife, 2 young children, and I just stayed in 36-C for a quick winter getaway from Florida. The condo was very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids (4) & (6) loves the bunk beds. The master bed was very comfortable as well. The gas fireplace was a nice addition and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. If you are a skier, The condo is steps from the summit lift on sugar mountain. this was beyond convenient. Each morning I was first one down the mountain. The views are spectacular from the large deck. We would stay here again.

The condo was great and the views when we could see them were beautiful. We checked in during TS Nicole and checked out 2 days later after a snow and 6* wind chills. Everything was well cleaned and comfortable. The check in was a bit of an issue. We were sent a 6 digit code that didn't work on the door's keypad. Luckily there is a back up box with a key that we could access after making a phone call to Vacasa's customer service. There were a few items that need attention. The hot tub was nice but half the jets didn't work and the water temp was about 6 degrees hotter than the display read (Hopefully that gets fixed). Our first time in was not very pleasant. The display read 100-101 and it was more like 106-107, according to an oral thermometer that we happened to have with us. Once we got the temp figured it out it was great relaxing looking at the view or the fog depending on which day it was. The fireplace kept the main living area warm, but the flame was not much to look at very small. It was set on high, so not sure if that needs some attention as well. Overall we were very happy and would love to come back.

The view was spectacular! When you first open the door you see all the way through to the glass door and windows to the balcony. It truly was stunning. The condo is beautifully decorated and the hot tub on the deck with that view was so appreciated! Our entire stay was wonderful! Just wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely plan to go back!
