We enjoyed our stay @ this condo so much in Oct 2023 that we came back again in June 2024! The views are AMAZING! There were days from both visits when we had the beach right in front of the condo all to ourselves & we saw dolphin from the balcony & beach! Having been there twice, we were able to enjoy improvements that were made - many of which were based on comments. Nice King Size bed in main bedroom now, cute travel size toiletry bags for guests, extra TP & paper towels, nice beach towels, etc. Erin is an AWESOME host too! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!! 🙂

I visit this area often and this rental is by far the BEST I’ve stayed at. Very well stocked with anything and everything you will need to relax and enjoy your stay. We had 7 adults and never felt crowded, we had plenty of room for sleeping comfortably, ALL the beds are comfy! Plenty of beach gear and a fabulous view from the porch/balcony. Communication and check in and out were a breeze. I highly recommend and plan to return many times!

This might be the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. And the location is incredible. The beach is your backyard. The master bed was amazingly squishy. I even lifted the sheets to check the brand because I want one. The ONLY negative is that we were provided a quarter of a roll of TP in each bathroom. I'll gladly "suffer" through that again. We hope to return with our teens.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the gulf. Very clean and quiet spot. Great fishing (whiting, Jacks, catfish). Would highly recommend to any family looking for a fun week!

Location! Enjoyed fishing especially when my son caught a Bonnet Shark! And when mother nature cooperated the sunsets were beautiful.

I stayed here with my three teenage boys and our dogs for Thanksgiving. The condo itself is beautiful - very clean, spacious, well thought out furnishings, comfortable beds and plenty of them, and stocked with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The view of the beach/gulf is amazing from both inside the condo and from the porch it is even better!! We didn’t go to any of the restaurants, so I am not able to speak on that. If you are looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway, this is the place!

Steps from the ocean and a few minutes away from amazing restaurants

Everything was perfect except when I got there the toilet seat had dried yellow looked like piss on it when I lifted it up if this was a hotel room we would have left right away Beside that great would have been 5 stars

Nice clean property. View was beautiful and the beach was never overwhelmingly packed. We will be back.

We stayed here a few days with my daughter and her fiance. Sunsets were awesome as the deck faces it directly. The house up dated and stocked with the basic essentials which was nice (bar soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels and linens). Not many other people around ... we had the beach practically to ourselves. Restaurants were about .7 - 1 mile walk which was fine for us. Lock n Key and the White Elephant had good eats.

It was prefect! We will definitely stay here again!

The property has an amazing location , very nice area and super peaceful. Perfect for what I was looking for . The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was a little uncomfortable, other than that this property it’s great. I had the opportunity to meet Erin and she was very nice . Definitely coming back .

Absolutely loved the location! Nice, quiet beach for the family to enjoy. Had beach chairs, towels and umbrella for us to use. Home was clean and had everything we needed.

Location was perfect. Is close to everything, and nice quite beach area. Owner responds right away with any thing that came up. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was great! We where all adults and two dogs. We had plenty of room to hang out and the view from the balcony was spectacular! The stairs where a bit of a challenge for my 97 year old mom but that didn’t stop her. Very appreciative of the walk-in shower and even a bench for my mom to sit on. Wonderful stay! Tha k you

Very clean spacious property, comfy bed! The area was very quiet, beaches weren’t crowded during our visit and can’t wait to return!

We wanted a short mid-summer beach vacay to recharge, and this was perfect for our needs. Our first priority was to walk out onto the beach and that was exactly what we got! For the elderly grandparents the large beachfront patio/balcony offered the perfect spot to enjoy the view w/o traipsing through the sand. Though not luxurious, the property has everything you need. For those looking for a “hopping” beach, this is probably not for you. This is a very laid back, enjoy nature and family quiet time sort of location. Though there are things to do, it’s not like Daytona or Ft Lauderdale beaches (that’s what we were looking to avoid). Englewood/ Manasota Key is a favorite of ours.
