We love Summerland but by mistake I booked basement apartment! Everything was clean and beautiful garden

The only thing I didn’t like was the heavy smell of the bedroom, I was able to sleep in the couch because of the smell!

Lovely flowers and yard, proximity to bird sanctuary. Within walking distance to beach.

Oven wasn’t functional, couch bed mattress was a complete fail. Kitchen amenities could definitely be improved upon. Unable to switch off Fan in bathroom. Limited air circulation in basement made it hot and stuffy at nights.

Over all pretty happy, we enjoyed the town of summerland as well.

The location was excellent .. the hosts were friendly, accommodating, helpful, the facilities were very clean, bed was very comfortable, everything you would for your stay need was provided, and we would highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for accommodation in Summerland!

The location is very quiet which we liked. The backyard is surrounded by trees. Very green!

We stayed in the basement suite which has very low ceilings so my son who is tall was not able to stand up straight. Also, the “living room” has no window, so it felt a bit like a dungeon.

Nice clean property. Very good WiFi. The bed was very comfy. In a good location 6 minutes walk to beach 6 minutes car ride to shops supermarket etc.

Full apartment- beautiful garden. Lots of room, full kitchen. living room, washer and dryer, dishwasher. Lots of extras like good coffee, soap, laundry soap, some condiments, tons of good dishes, pots, bowls etc without being over crowded. Extremely quiet, lovely fireplace in living room with comfortable couch and love seat. Would stay in a place like this over a hotel room any day. Excellent value for the money. Booking.Com did not disclose was a cleaning fee so misrepresented price but when contacted host responded promptly and given how large the suite was, a very small price to pay!

Very clean, beautiful backyard, fully stocked kitchen/bathroom/laundry.

Hard to find, low ceilings (6ft), noise from upstairs renters, and big spiders - like really big!! Okay maybe they’re not big for BC residents, but they’re big compared to SK spiders!! Lol.
