Friendly staff. Availability of tea and coffee to make. Free wi-fi and big screen tv with DStv. Parking available on plot. Environment felt safe. Could rest in peace after a long drive.

Small space in room to move around. Double bed took away lot of space. Freezer part of fridge not working properly. Not all channels available on DStv.

Clean room, good staff, adequate facilities

The room was a tad bit cramped

The people were very friendly and flexible. They were super helpful. It was affordable. It was not far from the beach. They delivered what they promised.

When I booked, I didn't realise that our room was at the back, which was a bit dark and noisy. It was not too bad at all, but like, we would have to always close the curtain to feel privacy.

The host was super nice & friendly, I enjoyed my stay at Royal Palms Guesthouse so much. Definitely coming back again!

I didn't like the fact that on our way from a long day of travelling from Durban. They let us know they didn't get hold of us and cancelled our booking because of payment not received. We never received a call and bank card is linked to the app. Why didn't the money go off automatically as it wasn't even set for later payment option. Will never recommend this place. Atleast phone, whatsapp instead of sending message on app before cancelling and then not having space available. Pathetic customer service!

I liked the fact that me and my family were welcomed with great hospitality, no many questions were asked. But I would suggest that you put a long mirror where a person can seen see himself when dressing.

The mirrors, the one in the bathroom is no accommodated for a shorts person. The one in the room you cannot see the whole of yourself when dressing up.
