Prachtige locatie, zeer schone kamer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Koffie/thee, zeep ja zelfs al gekoeld water in de koelkast. Schitterend uitzicht!

The exact location of the appartment (high on the hill) was not obvious to me from the description. But we got it in time from our host.

Maria is a lovely kind host. We stayed in a nice quiet room with absolutely fantastic views. Nice pergola to sit under and look at the view. The wifi was excellent as was the airconditioning. The room was extremely clean. The hike back up the hill from town means you work off your dinner.
As there is no signage whatsoever it's impossible to find the place without calling Maria and getting her to meet you on the road. Its a steep walk up from the town/marina with about 50 steep steps, best to take a taxi especially if you are coming from the ferry with luggage. Very basic facilities in room, yes it has a kitchenette which is good if you don't want to eat at the plethora of excellent restaurants in town, but there were no blankets on the main beds, only one flat pillow per person, and a tiny shower cubicle which means the curtain constantly sticks to you. As there is no facility to pay through booking.com you will have to pay at the property and cash payment is requested although there are card facilities available.

the location is very close to the beach but there are very steep stairs. You must be in good condition. no problem if you have a car or motorcycle

Sitting in the shadow and cool breeze under the pergola outside our room with a unique view to the town, the ocean was it all worth.

Maria is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and friendly she made sure I had everything I needed. The place is impeccably clean spacious and has everything you need. Plus it has one of the nicest views over Pythagoreio. I would definitely stay there again!

Maria, our host was fabulous! 10 minute walk to town. Easy to get a few groceries and have a bite at the apartment while enjoying the gorgeous view outside!

The location is amazing, looking out over the water. Maria is a wonderful host who looks out for the needs of her guests. It’s a spotlessly clean place to stay with comfortable beds and the kitchen is excellent. Staying here made our final days in Samos a real joy.

The USP for this property is the view from the balconies...amazing! Also, the owner, Maria, is very friendly and helpful.
Although functional and clean, the room could do with a makeover (if the room were a woman, she would definitely be a candidate for '10 years younger')

Maria is a perfect host. She is very helpful and kind. Room is very clean and everything is functional. View is great from the teras.
If you are taller than 180cm, you should watch the doors because they are not high enough!

A spacious and clean room, with an equipped kitchen and an amazing view veranda. Kyria Maria is the definition of Greek hospitality. Suitable for a family of four, for cooking and enjoying Samos or the view.
If you are looking for something fancy maybe not the best choice, the parking might also be tricky, as well as the stairs, if you are not a stair fan or have a stroller.

The location is fantastic and a panoramic view from the terrace to die for! The host, Ms. Maria is such a kind person :) The interior is a bit dated but spotless and adequate. Samos Rooms are located well above the town (hence very quiet) but still close to the center. Highly recommended!

The studio is spacious and very clean. It has a superb balcony with an amazing view. The owner is very hospitable and polite.

Really nice view from the terrace on the bay. Studios are basic and clean. There’s a kitchenette allowing to cook. Host was very friendly and helpful.
View from the terrace is nice as the house is on the hill, therefore short walk to center (which was for us completely fine). However the address is different than on booking, should be corrected.

The view was amazing, the owner was very smart and she is speaking a very good English, she has lived in Canada for some years, the figs from the tree were soooo good picked up directly from the treee. We had a good internat connection and I was able to work from the terrace and there were also 2 comfortable sunbeds. the rooms are up on the hill over the village. you need to do some stairs to arrive from the port to the rooms. you have a nice beach under the hill. the airport is 5 minutes driving distance. If you rent a car you can leave it in the street 2 minutes walking distances from the rooms.

Lovely room with amazing view from the terrace. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone with limited mobility, but if it weren't at the top of the hill you wouldn't get that vista! Otherwise easy to get to beach, shops and restaurants. Very convenient for port and airport.
