The interior was nice however was unclean and not properly maintained to a good standard

Furniture was broken, door handles broken, dirty generally, egg splashes on kitchen walls, filthy tomato ketchup and other stained sofas which had to be covered in bedsheets to sit on. Appalling dirty old broken plastic furniture on the patio where it received only received extremely limited sunshine per day (8-11) which meant we had to go out to find the sun (which defeated our purpose of renting this villa) and also meant the house was cold and we had to put heat on to warm the house. The management service were also very resentful of the complaints and although complied with our requests but were not pleasant afterwards. It spoilt our holiday experience as we had to spend time at the villa to fix these things but with no suggestion of any kind of compensation. Nobody cared or had any interest in what our experience was and they were only interested in being paid. Expensive mistake and the villa in the picture was not the villa we paid for or stayed in! We were given a villa in a dark cramped corner that we had not expected. We were duped!
