Views of the sea are excellent. Everything is well explained. The host was very helpful and helped us keep the luggage after the checkout. The property was very beautiful and well maintained with a working piano, excellent balconies and air conditioning. Kitchen was very well maintained and equipped. Washing machine was especially useful. The towels provided were good quality and soap etc was also ample.

The process of getting the key is a bit complicated, however the host was excellent in explaining this. In my experience it is usually easier in other properties we have stayed in. The shower door does not close fully and caused some spill over that we had to dry out. No major issues and everything was generally good.

Spacious flat (except the box room), everything you need in the kitchen, great view, close to shops and tram, good aircon system.

The second bedroom is very small and so is the bed. If you consider working there, be aware the internet connection is poor.

No.1 is definitely Balcony with wonderful view! Then location and 2bedrooms. And there are AC for each room:)

Cleanliness and less maintenance/function of the facility…I was stressed out with the washing machine and shower room pouring water out even when we close the door tightly.

fabulous accommodation in old french building,.location is amazing,central on promenade with fabulous view of beach and a walk 2 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to nearest tram line which are great to use and fog value if going to other area of city or getting connecting train to Monaco.Fred was more than helpful and prompt with anything we needed to sort.def study here agsin and highly recommend this beautiful place

This apartment was perfectly situated on the promenade and the balcony provided a breathtaking view of the sea. The location was also very convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We found the apartment to be very well equipped with everything we needed (espresso machine, microwave, laundry, plenty of kitchen ware). The instruction book explained how to use all the appliances and the AC, taking out the trash, etc It was a good amount of space for a family of 5. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay, and will definitely stay here again!

The elevator is very tiny so if you don’t like small spaces, just plan to walk up to the 6th floor.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Felt very safe with the various gates and entry locks. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Easy access to the water and promenade. Fred was very welcoming and with quick responsiveness

Couldn’t sit on the couch for the seat cushions would slide off and away from the back. The arm rest of one of the chairs was loose and made it hard to sit in. The shower mount fell apart when we turned it on. Kitchen could use some measuring cups and spoons along with an oven mit. Would have loved to have a coffee maker vs. the espresso machine. Also, the balcony door had ants coming in from somewhere. A roll of paper towels would have been helpful, but we did without.

-Right on the boulevard, one minute to the beach. -Great kitchen -Nice balcony -Everything ( bakery, supermarket, small stores) is closeby -Great support from the staff who hands you the key

-The showers were in poor shape. -The boulevard is due to two three lane roads rather loud if you want to sleep in the living room or want sit quietly at the balcony.

Good sea view, air conditioning throughout the apartment

Very few kitchen appliances, no extra bed linen, apartment in parts dirty (especially kitchen) construction work in the building (which was unpleasant), small beds, no storage room for a second couple inside the room, overall too small to be used for 4 adults.
