Отель не новый, брали обычный номер без вида а под ним оказалась кухня с запахами еды, надо брать только бунгало - они классные, неплохой главный бассейн, ванная и часть мебели уже уставшие, звукоизоляции нет

De prachtige omgeving! De styling van door hotel is fantastisch. Hele goede bedden, een heerlijk badkamer, een eigen zwembadje. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk, je kon naast fruit of sap, kiezen tussen een a la carte gerecht en ze waren allemaal heerlijk. Ook de kaart van de lunch/diner was overheerlijk.

Het is geen goedkope accommodatie, voor dat geld mag de cappuccino wel inclusief zijn. Maar daar moest je echter extra voor betalen. Dat vind ik eigenlijk niet kunnen.

I would advise anyone looking at this hotel to first check reviews in google as well as Booking. Its good to be well informed before making a decision to book this place. Starting with how the pictures present the place and how it looks in reality - big differences! The rice field was basically non existent when we arrived. Unfortunately didn't stay a single night due to breathing difficulties and coughing caused by the pesticides they are spraying against mosquitos. The windows have 2-3 cm gap so the smell from the outside enters the rooms and its not possible to ventilate. We stayed around 3 hours there, before making the decision to leave due to health and safety concerns. Whatever was used to spray also caused an allergic reaction on the skin. No assistance from management after we reported it, no offer to assist to see a doctor etc. On top of all that - No refund or compensation. Also, gaps on the windows in the middle of the jungle and such thin walls that you can hear all guests were not helping. Beware and look somewhere else.

Very nice place in the middle of the rice paddies. Rooms in individual bungalows are very cool and have their own plunge pool. Great place away from the crowds

In general the hotel was ok, kitchen is good the view from the lobby and from the restaurant is beautiful. A kind of peace island in the busy Ubud. Swimming pool was ok, they offer tours, programs in the evening (e.g. cooking BBQ.... etc.) Massage was also great, the ladies know what they have to do..

Do not choose the room type of "suite with balcony" because you will be deported directly to the cellar. The room was all day long dark and dark, the air quality of the room was musty. :( The hotel is very far from the center of Ubud ( 40 min walk), the only possibility is to take a grab/taxi. Water filling was is not included in the room price and quiet overpriced. The night before check out date I have paid all invoices what was written on the room, and during the check out process on the next morning, the receptionist has started an interesting discussion about 2 bottles of water.. :( - because she thought. these bottles were not paid... So she started to check the invoices and also with housekeepers. That was really unpleasant and uncomfortable for us,

Vrienelijk personeel, prima ontbijt en gratis 2 goed onderhouden fietsen

Overal plastic flesjes met water. Waarom geen waterpunt in het hotel waar je deze flesjes gratis kunt vullen. Extreem druk verkeer en ontbreken van trottoirs in het chaotische Ubud.
