The house is located close to 75 for easy access to the highway and close to multiple restaurants/stores. I was in town mainly for work, but the home was located close enough to Manasota Key to slip away for a quick break to do some digging for sharks teeth. Definitely on my list if I need to return to the area!

We had a very good experience , home was super clean and conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet. I had a few a few questions upon checking in which was quickly answered by property manager. The only negative that my husband mentioned was the pool water was to warm. I didn't mind it! Would stay here again!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We arrived late evening and he was gracious enough to make sure the outside lights were on for us.

Mike's house was perfect for visiting with family over Thanksgiving weekend. Very clean and plenty of room. Wish it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool more!

Thank you so much Mike! You were flawless as a host. You communicated very promptly and accurately. You were never rude or impolite. You were very accommodating and went out of your way to make sure we were satisfied. The house was very nice and clean. Awesome, fully-supplied kitchen. Comfortable, clean beds. Spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels. The lanai was excellent. We ate every meal out there. The pool was clean and warm (I liked the solar power system!) and surprisingly deep in the middle (~5.5 feet deep). Overall, we had a wonderful stay that was a lot of fun, quiet, and relaxing. Aside from a couple fire ant bites in the yard, I have zero complaints about our experience. Thanks again Mike!

This is our third year that we have stayed for the month of March. When we arrived the place was clean. The owner goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Even though this home is located in a neighborhood, it is amazingly quiet. Would recommend this vacation spot.

Very clean, Mike was very attentive, kitchen setup was nice had every seasoning or cooking tool u would need, great neighborhood. Very quiet and clean and close to stores and all.... A few extra pillows on beds would of been a slight improvement and not owners fault because it was very cd but a heated pool would of been perfect but it's a beautiful pool and house none the less and I recommend it highly

No hand soap no shower soap,, no toilet paper except less than a quarter of a roll and a half in the second bathroom. No dish soap, beds didn't even have the flat sheets only the fitted and a comforter for all 3 beds.

We have stayed in this home for two years now and will return as often as possible. Very clean, beautiful pool and screened area, 3 king sized beds, 2 full baths. We love it there.

This is our second year renting this home and it was as good as last year. The home is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We plan to return next year too.

The house was very accommodating and worked well for our family gathering. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Mike handled any requests immediately and was very nice to work with. We would definitely come again.

First and foremost my host Mike, was the best. emailed me a couple of days in advance to make sure i was all set for me and my needs. Spacious three bed, two bath home, with a nice pool in the back as well. Didn't need a thing with the exception of food. I was able to have my three sons over for dinner, which is rather nice seeing were I travel a a lot for my job and it's better than take out food. I would rather cook, kinda difficult in a hotel room. Much better accomadations. I will definitely be back to stay with him again. If I could sum everything about the home in one word " exceptional" . Thank you Mike. John

Enjoyed four nights at North Port home. The place is cozy, clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Had no problems during my stay. WI-FI is excellent. This location is just short drive away from Warm Mineral Lake, Port Charlotte Beach, and Venice Beach. Thank you Michael!

It was our first time in Florida and we enjoyed it. North Port is a nice small village and the house is quiet. We liked the pool, the comfortable rooms and also the garage for the rental car. It is perfect to make a trip to Orlando or Tampa to visit all the parks or even to spend a day in the Everglades. We got a lot of advices or suggestions by the owner to find best prizes for the parks or to find nice restaurants. Thank you for these admirable days in Florida. We had a great time and we will come back soon!

Property is just as described. Perfect for our family of four. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores and a short drive away from beaches, State Park, and other tourist destinations. Owner was prompt in answering my initial questions and emailed check in/check out instructions very timely. No complaints about our stay at all and definitely will consider staying there again. Beautiful home.

We had a great time visiting family in North Port. It was nice to have our own space to come home to. Very clean and well decorated (I love Ikea), two families had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and only a short drive to Venice Beach. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful house! Everything was exactly as described and very clean. It is close to town and in a nice area. All of my questions were answered quickly. When we come back to town we will definitely plan to stay here again.
