We didn’t like it. It was dirty, with bad lights. No blankets, not heating. We left the villa as soon as we arrived but the money wasn’t refunded.

What a wonderful villa! Open, spacious and airy, with a huge garden, and direct access to the beach. Our host was very accommodating and met us to give the keys, and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time as our flight home wasn't until the evening. Excellent kitchen facilities, and they also provided us with a cot for our 2 year old. Excellent air conditioning. Highly recommended, many thanks!

A few very minor points: firstly, it was not clear on booking.com that there is another villa above as part of the same building. This was not a problem at all, but just to bear in mind that the garden will be shared with any guests who are staying above. Secondly, the main bed in the front bedroom that backs onto the garden is uncomfortable, the mattress is very thin and you can feel all of the springs. Finally, this is not a problem with the property, just a warning - there are lots of mosquitos in the area, so be sure to keep windows and doors closed otherwise you'll get bitten at night!

Katherina and Manolis were really superb hosts. The beachfront location is perfect with two beaches in 20 meters, the villa is equipped with everything, moreover a loaded refrigerator. Downtown of Pefki was 3 minutes walking distance with restaurants and shops.
