Eric was a fantastic commuincator and couldn't have been any easier to get to and into the property. Secure garage parking, storage access and you are right in the ix of everything on the mountain. Was a bit skeptical on the size of the place based on the size of our family and the fact we usually get a bigger house that is spread out, but was pleasantly surprised and felt much roomier than the specs say it is. The Sevens restuarant was a frequent stop for us since it was so convenient, coupled with some of the simple activities right there at the base of the mountain during the summer, my wife and i could actually enjoy dinner together while the kids stayed busy. Highly recommend Eric's spot!

Last minute Spring skiing trip with wife. Great unit overlooking the lift at base of 7. All amenities great, had breakfast at Sevens, the hot tubs were slope side and the checkin key box was easy . Place was very clean and unlike most units that we have stayed at Crystal Peak Lodge prior, this unit had coffee, and cooking accompaniments, spices, oil, that make it easy if you dont stop at a market on the way up. Highly reccomend!

I am planning my 2024/2025 season to be his guest again. Condo is more welcoming than most will imagine, I have booked plenty of vacations at Peak-7 resorts and this is my favorite. I live in the same town as Eric and his wife and look forward to our next stay at Peak-7. J

The condo was perfect ski-in/out location. It was clean, spacious, quiet, well stocked kitchen and provided a lot of nice touches including smart TV, and QR codes for the shuttle service app. The shuttle was very convenient providing multiple drop off and pickup stops in town. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this unit again.

Can’t say enough good things about both the property and the host. From start to finish, everything has been excellent.
Location, location, location. Literally steps to either Peak 7 lifts for skiing or to the gondola to take you to Peak 8 or a scenic ride into downtown Breck.
Condo itself was beautiful with everything you need to enjoy the stay. Kitchen was well stocked for home cooked meals after a great day of skiing.
Host was incredibly helpful making sure this trip was perfect.

This condo had everything we needed and was so cozy and comfortable. Pick up your ski rentals in the same building. Restaurant options in the neighboring building. Free shuttle to downtown. Gondola right outside the door to take you to other peaks for skiing. Quick access to the private locker room to warm up between runs. Indoor parking is great! Crockpot! Great appliances and cozy beds. Large bathrooms with two sinks in each. Great views of the ski runs! No complaints!

We have stayed several places in Breckenridge in the last couple years. We come at least 2-3 times a year. This place will most certainly be in our rotation for years to come! Comfy beds, GREAT ON CALL shuttle service wherever you want, ski lockers, hot tub, hot water…I could go on.
But there’s more….Despite the condo being perfect, to say Eric was accommodating for an extremely unfortunate change in plans is a massive understatement. When I rented this condo for March and sustained a season ending (possibly year ending) injury in park city a week before I was supposed to come, Eric let me pospone my visit BY A YEAR on short notice. It honestly made me cry when I learned he would allow my family to rebook.
Don’t look any further, just book this property. You won’t find a property or a host like this. Believe me!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Eric is a superb host. He was in constant communication with me throughout the process leading up to our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It's truly ski in-ski out and a very short drive from the property to Breckenridge Main Street. You also have the option of taking the gondola down to Main Street if you choose not to drive. We will definitely stay again!

Condo very nice and accommodating for my family of five. Great location and highly recommend. Will stay again if we return to the area. FYI for future renters the pool, movies theater, and bowling are located in a separate lodge just a short walk down to Peak 8. You can take the Gondola but shuts down at 5:30 or if weather in the area earlier. We never went down there for those amenities because we just stayed in our lodge and enjoyed the hot tubs, steam room, and pool table. Thanks Eric for sharing your space.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Crystal Lodge on Peak 7. Our first experience of Breckenridge and the location of the apartment is ideal - right beside the free Gondola that takes you either to Peak 8 or down to the town. There is also the free shuttle (book via app) that can take you into town and pick you back up later (great for going out for dinner). The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Lots to do, and bar / restaurant close by. Communication with Eric the owner was superb.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The place was clean and there was room to spread out. The balcony was the perfect place to sit and watch for moose.

My second time staying at this fantastic condo. It’s located at the end of a ski run on Peak 7. Literally the run ends right at the condo. Many listings mention ski in/out location. This place is better. Roughly 100’ or less from your ski locker to the lift.
The bathrooms are very large and comfortable. And the view from the living room is priceless. I loved watching all the groomers do their grooming. It’s also at the opposite end of the building from the garbage dumpsters and the garage door. You will be hard pressed finding a better condo to call home during your vacation

Best condo rental experience ever. I have rented vacation apartments and condos in France, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, and ski condos in Vail and Beaver Creek. This was our first time in Breckinridge and the best experience, property and owner. His quick response to initial inquiries, detailed, check-in/check-out instructions as well as the accurate descriptions of the unit were honest and straightforward. He also sent a quick message to make sure everything was going well after check-in This unit is perfectly located on Peak 7 in Breckenridge next to the Independence lift. Parking, ski locker and all amenities were fantastic and exactly as described. The unit itself was clean, fully furnished with everything you need and want in a ski condo and simply perfect for us. As experienced skiers we were thrilled to find this condo and owner. We plan to book again soon!

Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. It was clean, organized with lots of labels and instructions to help guests get situated.
The fireplace, comfy beds, showers with great water pressure and kitchen that had everything we needed all contributed to the great experience.
The most important thing though was the proximity to the peak 7 lift and slopes. It's literally 20 steps out the door to the lift, which is unbeatable.
We stayed for a week, so we ran out of the complimentary shampoo, trash bags and toilet paper, but that's to be expected. There was a good initial supply of each.
The tv in the living room gave us a little trouble initially, but discovered that the remote sensor was under the tv cabinet, so once that was brought into view, it all worked fine.
If we had researched better and known there was a ski rental place in the building, then we would have rented there as it would have been much more convenient. The 7's restaurant and hot tubs were used frequently.
Outside of making coffee in the room, the nearest coffee shop is at peak 8, but it's only about a 10-15 minute roundtrip walk and we also got takeout from Robbie's Tavern at peak 8.
The drive to Main Street is only 5-10 minutes down the hill, so quick access to the restaurants and City Market on Park.
We highly recommend this unit and Eric was very responsive to our questions.

We have stayed at MANY vrbo properties in the mountains. Without a doubt, this is the best. Lockers down steps away from ski lift, huge bathroom, easy elevator access, easy garage access, everything. We will for sure book again! My dad who was staying at another property, has just had knee surgery, the owner let us use the cards for my parents to park in the garage to enjoy the deck views while we skied! Thank you for the best 4 days!

Comfortable, clean & super convenient property with a well-stocked kitchen and a gorgeous view. Time from walking out the door to getting on the lift is just a few minutes (depending on how long it takes you to get your boots on! Ha!) Eric is quick to respond and exceedingly helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Everything about this property was so convenient for a great family ski weekend. The condo is on Peak 7 and the Independence Super Chair is just steps outside the ski locker. The Gondola to Peak 8 is just a few more steps away. Parking is easy, condo is clean and spacious, amenities are nearby. I really can’t think of anything that would have made our ski trip to Breck any better. Thank you for a great stay.

It doesn't get much better than this location! Ski in Ski Out with all the amenities. We loved our stay, loved the condo, loved the hot tubs and the ski lockers were awesome...and yes heated parking was a plus. Perfect for our last minute ski trip! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and probably will be back next year! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome unit as described with great amenities! Loved the ski locker in the building so you walk down and put in ski boots and take skis like 20 feet outside and hop on the lift! Effort free!! We felt like millionaires!!

Location can’t get any better being only steps from Peak 7 chair lift and also ski rental next door as well as the restaurant Seven. I’ll plan to stay here again for our next Breck ski trip. Host Eric is very attentive to make sure all is going well. Hot hot showers were my wife’s favorite in the rooms after a long day of skiing.

The condo was beautiful, and, without doubt, the most convenient place I have ever stayed (and I have stayed at a lot of condos). There was a heated below ground parking lot with elevators that took you to directly to the unit on the third floor. The garage was also stocked with luggage carts. The condo was a few feet away from the gondola, which would take you to peak 8 or to downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend!

I liked that the condo had two king size beds- for some reason there aren’t many properties that do. It’s tastefully decorated and has everything you might need on your vacation. Clean, inviting, great location!

Perfect location for us to enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer. We are avid mountain bikers and hikers and enjoyed both every day. Perfect place for two couples to share - two king beds with private bathrooms, a great kitchen, living room, and patio balcony to enjoy! Eric was great to communicate with and made the owner's storage available for our bikes. The fitness center and two hot tubs are nice added benefit, and the town was easily accessed - even by gondola which runs right outside the condo. We will look for this property again on our next visit.

The unit was nice for two couples because each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Showers were new and updated. It was easy to catch the free ride bus or shuttle into town as well as the free gondola right next door. One thing that needed improvement was the cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived, the countertops were filthy and the furniture and blinds were covered with dust. We had to wipe everything off with Lysol wipes. We did not feel that "high touch" surfaces had beed disinfected. One shower had hair all over the floor and drain.The floors were dirty with crumbs and food. Not sure when the blankets and bedspreads had last been cleaned. Lip prints were on the glasses. The cleaning service is not worth the $ 154 fee charged. Chairs around the kitchen table need new seats. Dishwasher had a leak, but owner/manager addressed this quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful Breck
There’s nothing like summer in the mountains, and this condo was the ideal place to spend a week! The location is excellent, just walk downstairs and take the gondola to Main St or right over to Peak 8. Coming from FL I was concerned it would be too warm without AC, but that was not an issue at all- we had the windows open and it was even chilly in the evenings, truly the perfect weather, I could have stayed all summer long. We loved having a corner unit which provided great breezes and extra windows in the master bedroom. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the condo and balcony, looking out to the mountain— I put a lot of time and research into selecting a condo with good views (there’s so many options out there but many do not have a view)— the views from this unit are very nice. The kitchen was well equipped, has everything you need. We had an issue w the dishwasher and Eric was quick to respond and address any concerns. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size, and the entry way is perfect for taking off your shoes and hanging jackets before entering the condo. All in all, it’s a great place to stay. We’ve stayed in some nice places in Vail and Beaver Creek over the years and this was one of our favorites, definitely recommend booking here.
