Превосходный завтрак, отличная подушка, расположение и вид из окна - это супер, стоит остановиться. В сауне есть финская сауна, хамам, солёная комната - холодная и даже солярий)
Парковка есть, но уточняйте, бесплатная ли она. Я не поняла
Осталось ощущение, что с меня хотят "вытянуть" как можно больше денег за все, что можно( это неприятно.
Сауна - нужно было просить заранее, чтобы она была готова. В первый раз мы сказали, что пойдём, нам ответили, что все готово. На самом деле они видимо в это время только включили, потому что лавки в парной бане были холодные, они стали тёплыми минут через 30 после нашего прихода. И спасибо за отзыв кому-то другому, о лавка писали, поэтому я пишу развёрнуто. А на следующий день мы не сказали, что идём в сауну, и парная баня там не работа вообще, найти сотрудника не смогли, пришлось идти на ресепшн.
На двуспальной кровати 2 матраса вместо одного.
И финальное, самое обидное: в номере кофе-машина с 3 капсулах кофе, 2 пакетика чая, чайник и НЕТ ВОДЫ. А как сделать чай, если воды нет. И в принципе не критично, но я спросила на ресепшене есть ли вода в отеле. Мне предложили обратиться в ресторан, но попросили воду из бара. А при выселении выставили счёт за воду( в 5-ти-звездочном отеле нет бесплатной воды(((((
По поводу парковки- узкие места, очень узкие. И изначально мне написали стоимость 10 евро, но при заселении сказали, что все включено.

Excellent value for money. All of the facilities were there and the room was very comfy and spacey with a superb view from the 12th floor. The staff was also very professional and very helpful and polite.
Not a big deal honestly, but I'm kinda used to a bit faster elevators in similar hotels. So far that is the only thing I would like to see improved in the future.

A truly excellent hotel. Big rooms, good view, good location, clean. Fast check in and out. Friendly staff!
On the first night I was in a room where the window did not fully close. I got a lot of noise from the square and it was Saturday night. The hotel was very responsive and put me into another room. In all rooms it takes some time to figure out how the light switches work.

Very nice location directly in the center of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly and fast to respond to any queries.

The room is special and amazing.
The receptionists were friendly with their beautiful smile and welcoming smile.
I think the staff in the restaurant during the breakfast need to be more welcoming. When I came to the breakfast I met two of them no one said hi or smiled at me . They just came to me during having my breakfast asking " Did you finish from the dish ?!! While I was eating. However everything is amazing and special in the hotel.

Staff are exceptional( especially reception) and the soul of the hotel, very helpful, professional, they always make you feel welcome and at home, beds and pillows super comfortable, the most comfortable I have ever had, better even than Westin's Heavenly bed, room is spacious, perfect location close to main shopping areas and restaurants.
There is always room for improvement, but they are already great as they are. Maybe small things like hoovering the room with more attention, or stained throwovers for the bed( not quilt covers or sheets, just the throwovers), missing hooks of the curtains( not the case in the last room we stayed but it happened before), a few fingerprints here and there... small things, not a big deal, but I wish to see this hotel even better.
One thing that I really don't like is the view from the breakfast restaurant( very ugly view of dirty wires, electric poles and buildings). It really spoils the general impression of the restaurant. Why don't you cover the windows with a frosted glass sticker or pictures of nice city view or Fortress view, there are many ways and many affordable solutions for this.Keep the natural light, but change the view. Also, this restaurant is usually very quiet and you can hear kitchen staff shouting, if you don't understand the language, it may sound as if they were arguing. In general, for a local brand, you are doing great. Keep it up.

Ein luxuriöses Hotel direkt im Zentrum von Nis. Es gibt Garagenplätze mit Ladestation für Elektroautos. Zuverkommendes Service und luxuriöse Hotelausstattung, die Aussicht aus dem riesigen Zimmer im 12. Stock war genial.
Im Hotelrestaurant haben wir nicht gegessen, aber die Cocktails waren gut und günstig. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Hotelgarage war nicht ganz deutlich beschrieben, aber habe ich auch gefunden.

Lokacija je fenomenalna, u samom centru grada. Sobe su velike, udobne, opremljene svime sto je potrebno.
Hotelski restoran, moderan, udoban, intiman.
Cesto odsjedam u ovom hotelu i svaki put je osjecaj fenomenalan.
A osoblje, kao i svaki puta do sada, zasluzuje zasebnu recenziju. Uvijek na usluzi, brzo, tocno, precizno, nenametljivo, jednostavno i profesionalno.
I naravno, i dalje su ovdje najljepse recepcionerke Srbije....a i sire😉

Der Erwartung entsprechend. Allerdings, wäre es besser gewesen, wie alle anderen Hotels in dieser Klasse, wenn warme Brote serviert würden, da es zum Frühstück internationaler Klasse üblich ist.
Das Frühstück könnte, wie früher, im Restaurant serviert werden, nicht im hinteren Saal.

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen. Es war atemberaubend. Alles ist Sauber, die Zimmer sind Komfortabel und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen + 24 Stunden Service vom Restaurant war köstlich. Die Aussicht war wunderschön.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles war Perfekt.

I got upgraded to the Penthouse and it looks exactly like on the pictures. Very spacious.
Hotel has great location 10/10. Heart of the city, entrance is in the middle of the main square.
SPA is OK, although employees not real professionals, but OK for a hotel.
Very friendly stuff.
Food (dinner) was great too.
Excellent wine selection.
Free parking.

coffee is not drinkable, I order also from the restaurant extra, they say its Illy but never ever... I know exactly Illy coffee.. so would be nice to having a good quality coffee in the house

Bed is one of the best..and not only the main, but also the one for a child. And also tbe breakfast were excellent. I have to mention we had a dog with us and the stuff was really great to it as well.
There is nothing as a negative about this hotel. We were there last year as well and if we have any opportunity to dome back to Niš, Ambasador Hotel would be our first choice.
