We liked the breakfast (made specifically to our wishes), room equipment and cleanliness. Passion went into the design of every detail. Staff was extremely helpful. Small town Gaiole is very nice with a beautiful marketplace and a few extraordinary restaurants. Small supermarket 5 min walk near the B&B. The shower is in super shape, very clean and well maintained. We recommend the homemade cookies made in the B&B kitchen.

the property is beautifully furnished and feels brand new, even though it was converted in 2018. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Staying at L'Eroico was truly a remarkable experience. The B&B is right in the center of Gaiole, the building is modern and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. Monica is a superb host, and the breakfast she served us was an authentic treat. Monica and her husband went out of their way to accomodate our needs.

Beds were hard

Location was perfect and the rooms were immaculate. Check in was more like a hotel than a BnB, key cards and the freedom to come and go when you like. Host couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried, willing to accommodate as much as she was able. Great place, and I'd happily stay again.

No on-site parking, but there's plenty of room on nearby streets so it wasn't too much of a negative.
