Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel was enjoyable overall, and I'd like to share a few highlights: Breakfast: The breakfast offerings were impressive, with a wide variety of choices available. I especially appreciated the option to order fresh eggs and the selection of fresh coffee and tea. Swimming Pools: The swimming pools were fantastic, and my kids absolutely loved spending time there. It was great to be able to order snacks and drinks while relaxing at the venue. Restaurant: The restaurant was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and had a positive attitude, which made our dining experience even better. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I reserved a mountain view room, which was cleaned daily as per my preference.

I do have some concerns regarding the air conditioning system. While I understand that the hotel is primarily a winter skiing resort, it's important to provide adequate cooling for guests during the summer months. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was a significant issue. The room was uncomfortably warm, and despite setting the thermostat to the coolest temperature, the A/C did not perform as expected. When I contacted the hotel staff, they mentioned that the minimum temperature is set to 21 degrees Celsius, but it was clear that the cooling system was not functioning properly. This greatly affected our comfort, particularly during the night. I hope my feedback is helpful, and I strongly recommend that the hotel reviews its air conditioning policies and systems to ensure a comfortable stay for guests during warmer months.

Миналата година ни дадоха по 2 кутии защото се налагаше да бързаме сутринта. Тази година отново не седнахме за закуска и са направили забележка на сестра ми и детето й защото инасяла храна и едва са й дали 2 кутиики за двете.

Най-добрият хотел в Банско и региона ! Мога да изкажа само суперлативи за качеството на този хотел и екипът му. Персоналът е изключително любезен, усмихнат, мил и добре обучен(изключение в България). Чистотата и поддръжката на стаите е на най-високо ниво. Всеки ден се почиства стаята и се сменя спалното бельо, кърпите и консумативите в банята. Леглата в стаите и възглавниците са най-удобните, на които сме попадали. Закуската е изключително богата, разнообразна и вкусна. Вечерята в ресторант Коме Прима е уникална и запомняща се. Възможността да наблюдавате как храната ви се приготвя в откритата кухня гарантира незабравимо изживяване. Спа центърът и басейните са прекрасно поддържани. Детският кът е страхотен(аниматорката е много мила и с прекрасен подход към децата) И не на последно място топ локация ! Препоръчвам на всеки, който желае да има незабравима и неповторима почивка в Банско, да бъде гост на хотела !

Имам две препоръки към хотела : цената на паркинга да бъде включена в цената на нощувката(плащаш висока цена за нощувка и ти искат 5лв за открит паркинг) Балконите са страхотни, но не са добре обезопасени за малки деца.

Lovely big well appointed room, good breakfast and a very nice restaurant for dinner. If you are there for Winter Sports this hotel has the best location, it is ski in and ski out. We were there for a late Autumn break looking at the local attractions, the Old Town and the countryside.There is plenty to do and see.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are wide and nice. The bathroom is very nice. Everything is clean and it looks like they thought about the little details that makes the difference. The stuff is nice and helpful. The swimming pools and the area is lovely.

The property is beautiful with a fantastic spa…one of the best I have been to.

Because it is primarily a winter resort, the air conditioning did not work well for the daytime heat. At night we slept with the windows open. Also, there were not enough outlets in the room for electronic devices.

The hotel is beautiful, all the facilities are amazing and the staff is GREAT! The breakfast was amazing and their chef's restaurant was incredible. Highly recommended.
