The staff were super friendly and spoke English. The food was tasty. The decor and facilities were both pleasant.

The room was very small. The photos were misleading. The advert said air conditioned rooms, but the only room that had air conditioning was the bathroom, and leaving the door open did nothing to cool the room down. The air conditioning was not adjustable in any way. I barely slept because of the temperature. We thought the food and drink in the hotel was expensive in comparison to.other places we had been. Breakfast wasn't included in the price. The price for the night was 40 Euros more expensive than Ace Hotels (where we slept the following night) and Kyriad didn't have anywhere near the same level of comfort. Ace hotels had adjustable A/C, very large rooms, and bathrooms and were exceptionally clean. They overshadowed Kyriad in every way.

Lovely location very close drive to Saint Emilion. Really liked the pool it was hot and it was lovely to have that option. Hotel was very clean and had kettle in the room. Was very dog friendly we could have a dog with us during the meals. Food was beautiful especially evening meals. Staff was really friendly.

Quiet location a little out of town overlooking some fields. There is a pool which is good if you're staying a little longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there is free parking. You can walk into town in 10-15 minutes. The room was very clean. Good value for money.

Everything was great, but I had to be extra careful in the shower, as the surface was so very slippery when it was wet. All I needed to do was to put a hand towel down to make it OK. That was my only problem, as everything else was fine.

Easy to book and to access, easy to find, private surveyed parking, nice staff, comfort, big bed, functional room setup.

There is no toothbrush & toothpaste, instead they provide a "women kit" for 8€. It is still good value for money, but the fact that there is no free alternative downscores it a bit.

Met all our expectations and more

All the staff were exceptionally welcoming and efficient - the room was comfortable (particularly the bed!) and well equipped (hairdryer/aircon etc) for the price point. This is not a luxury hotel, but it doesn't claim to be and if you are looking for a very clean, purpose built hotel with secure off road parking ,charming staff and a restaurant with food that exceeded our expectations & dogs made just as welcome as the humans- then this is a great choice.

Smell of smoke in room when window open- but seemed some fires burning in the fields in the distance ? (clearly beyond hotel control) obviously simple answer 'shut the window' 'Handy for Libourne' (one guest said "walkable" mmmm- not sure incredibly busy road!- but certainly convenient in car)

my husband had just had a hip replacement the lady would not give us a ground floor room she said because we were only staying one night. my husband is in a lot of pain and had to walk up flights of stairs. not good at all
