reception service was not really customer oriented. my room heating was not working and it took 1 hour and 4 unpleasant calls to have someone on my room to fix it. The technician was friendly and brought me a plug-in heater because he could not fix it

The location is perfect we have stayed at the hotel previously several times over the years, going back a long way in time, when it was "The Dorint".

When we arrived we were allocated a room, which hadn't been cleaned by the housekeeping team, we went to the reception and another room was allocated, which was clean thankfully. When we made a drink we noticed that the housekeeping team had not left any milk in the room I went to reception requesting some and was advised to see the restaurant team, when I explained my problem (in mixed english?german) the waiter appeared with a carton of milk decanted it into a glass and then tried to charge me 2 euros?? I was confused went to the reception and refused to pay. The waiter and manager eventually sorted the problem and handed over some small milk containers. This would have been necessary if housekeeping had left some in the room and a better level of english understanding had been available.

the room was very big, super clean and very comfortable. The Food (lunch) was very good and for breakfast there was gluten free bread (normally you Need to ask specifically for it)
