The rooms are spacious

The AC does not cool, the water pressure is very low barley can take a shower it becomes hot and cold so you have to jump out when it becomes really hot.

very tired. sun beds broken, pool showers don’t work, pool grubby.air conditioning doesn’t work, club house staff miserable, bathroom floods from shower which goes hot and cold. wrong room given to us then made to upgrade, no life guard and lots of kids there

Amazing resort with a very high standard of service. Staff were so friendly and professional and the room overlooking the pool was both relaxing and of a high standard too.

The resort is away from any shops so you are limited to use the spar shop on site. Taxis are expensive to therefore go to other locations.

The resort looked like an oasis on its own. We personally loved the old school look of the hotel, although some technical aspects can be updated such as electrical and water systems in the rooms. Staff however were amazing, especially at the breakfast and the reception.

We've had the most wonderful time at the resort. The facilities and room exceeded our expectations. The staff was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was great. Though some more vegetarian options at the restaurants would've been appreciated.

That there was a lot of dogs around the hotel and the club house don't have proper plastic pint glasses for around the pool so had to have small Pepsi paper cups not good.

-lack of customer service. -poor food and selection -having to pay extra to use the spa for the swimming pool - having NO HOT WATER for two days , and receiving no support from the management, Pablo the manager, was never available - rude staff - basically it’s a 3 star hotel for 5 star prices with an empty, soulless atmosphere furniture in dining room well worn shabby and dirty, disgusting appearance. towels left in bedroom were frayed with holes.

We reserved a suite which was fantastic.

The hotel in all public areas outside of our room was freezing! Very cold. The Italian restaurant was freezing- most people were wearing coats during dinner. The "clubhouse" bar was freezing... it was a cold cloudy windy day and they had the doors to the bar wide open and would not close them. It was very uncomfortable, so we left the hotel and drove to the strip just outside the resort and went to a gastro bar there. But it spoilt it for us having to leave the hotel. The hotel does not have the usual comfortable "lounge bar" you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It's got the "clubhouse" bar which I guess is for the golfers, but the front part of it feels like a canteen, and the back of the bar which is a bit nicer was ruined because it was so cold. There's a kind of Irish pub, with the usual dark hard tables and chairs, so that's not very comfortable. And that was freezing too. We went to the hotel for a romantic weekend, but it was terrible. In the afternoon we wanted to sit in the bar enjoying a bottle of champagne but the bars they have were not made for this. They're not comfortable and very cold, so we left the hotel and spent our money elsewhere. The food in the Italian restaurant was average to poor. The Gnocci Napolitana looked and tasted like the gnocci and tomato puree sauce from Mercadona supermarket. The focaccia starter we had was not on focaccia bread. At first sight this looks like a 5 star hotel - it looks impressive from the exterior and has a beautiful outdoor pool which is obviously only of use in summer. But beneath the surface, this is not a 5 star hotel. It has the facilities but the quality is not there. Its obviously just a hotel for golfers in the winter. But if you're a couple or family, I would only stay at the hotel in the summer when you can enjoy the impressive outdoor pool area. Oh...

The Food .

Room with jacuzzi bath was very nice, spotlessly clean

Breakfast was average, not good value for money. No towels available at indoor pool and had to pay to use sauna and steam room

The facilities were fantastic - there was a few restaurants on the grounds of the hotel, the gym was 24/7, there were two pools (indoor&outdoor), an Irish pub etc. The staff was very nice and the hotel is pet friendly. A wonderful place to relax & unwind!

Everything is great!

Superb hotel and location. Staff were super friendly and professional. Facilities were wonderful. MGMR padel/golf club within 5 mins walk, on site supermarket 5 mins, great restaurants 5 mins walk. Beautiful outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool. Superb family break, excellent. Enjoyed it that much we are returning in April.

Everything was excellent . I did not have one bad experience. 10 out of 10 all around 👍
