A lovely place to stay. Great breakfast great staff and lovely clean room with a lovely bathroom too. Parking being a premium in Llandudno, this is a great place, far enough away but close enough to easy walk to the centre. 10 out of 10 Simon and his crew 👍🏽

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant.

Lovely, clean and comfortable property. A lovely comfortable room.The hosts were very welcoming. A beautiful breakfast was enjoyed by both of us would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The limited parking.......it was a good walk to the seafront from the property. There was no bottled water in the room not enough sugar or decaf tea provided. That's me just being picky

It was clean, tidy and luxury stay. Home to home feel. Host is so friendly and lovely and the breakfast was amazing too. Great value and highly recommend. Suited us for what we needed. Thank you so much

Breakfast was amazing great choice everything was spotless an the room was brilliant Simon was very helpful an all staff were very polite. The location was great not far from town about 10 mins walking. We all had an amazing time an would definitely come back. Thanks to all.

Fantastic quiet location just a few minutes walk from the main town. Amazing breakfast!😋 Beautiful room(immaculate), lovely host and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definately recommend and we will definately be returning.
