I could hear neighbors talking, the isolation was not perfect

The staff was excellent; it was like waking up to family every morning. Very kind group that was willing to make your stay as lovely as possible. The rooms are a perfect size, and you control your own A/C which is a big plus for me. The location is a 1 minute walk to the main square.. easy access to restaurants, taxis, etc... I will certainly be staying here again. Can't beat it for the price too!

Staff was nice and kind. Breakfast was also nice.

There are some stairs to reach the reception. It will be difficult for them with big luggage.

The hotel definitely is a nice place to stay.

However, my stay there was ruined by an act of complete absence of professionalism from the Hotel's side. Kindly, they organized a taxis transfer for me from Ravello to Napoli airport. After arrival there, the driver told me I would receive a receipt document for the fair of €150 by email. Unfortunately, this never happened and the hotel never forwarded any conact details of the taxi company to me as I requested from them. Consequently, my employer refuses to refund the money and it will be me to bear this cost. Very unprofessional, very sad.

Staff are very friendly plus good breakfast！

I liked the most the feeling that I m at home. Rosario and its staff do everything in order to have the perfect holiday.

Perfect location seconds walk from the square. very clean hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful, 24 hour reception which was handy for returning late from a wedding.
