Friendly staff, central location

Be d wasn’t great, bathroom was freezing

Nice breakfast, had to change room due to broken water pipe but new room much bigger and had an enclosed shower.

First room had a shower curtain with waterflowing around bathroom floor. Not ideal.

While the location is out of the control of the hotel, the noise level of the traffic was extremly high. I would recommend having disposable complementary ear plugs available in each room or at reception, as not every one travels with them. In addition, for breakfast, while the continental breakfast selection was ok, remember there are more and more plant based travellers, so having an alternate to butter and a plant based cooked option- hash browns, baked or grileled tomatoes or tofu scramble would be great.

It was okay close to all the shops and restaurants.

It needs a bit of a refresher but it was clean.

it feels like coming home, the staff are always friendly. the rooms are comfortable, classy yet homely also. fabulous location. absolutely perfect.

Brilliant staff, great breakfast of scrambled egg and bacon with delicious coffee. A very B&B feel .

Parking is a bit tight , but we managed fine.
