Very great hotel with spa, great swimming pools (slightly small). The hotel has great choice of massages and staff is amazingly nice! Breakfasts were great. You can order a waffles! 😛😛😛

The location was amazing, just 3 mins walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious, and the facilities(pool, jacuzzi, sauna) clean and enjoyable after a day at the beach.

The could have been wider variety in the breakfast spread.

parking was full very fast and it’s hard to find street parking. We shared a balcony with the NextDoor guests which isn’t private under the sheets was a plastic cover - not very nice on a hot night. Some staff were friendly others were not

The breakfast was great - personalized omelette (with a long wait though) and tasty waffles. Beautiful reception hall, but other parts don't match.

The "deluxe" room was very disappointing. It was spacious and had a view of the sea - no other upsides. The balcony is in bad shape. The room arrangement makes it hard to get to the bed from one of the sides. The bathroom is big and empty. No minibar, just complimentary water. One of the curtains didn't work. Old-style shower didn't drain properly. The service entered without knocking. Poor quality furniture. Exterior of the hotel is in a terrible shape: bumpy pavement, paint falling off the walls.

Very unfriendly staff.

There were many possible options for breakfast. You could ask staff to prepare something more special for you, like waffles or pancakes. But there were also lots of vegetables and fruits, all kinds of eggs, like cooked, scrambled etc. Few coffee machines, machines with lemonade and juices. I enjoyed view from my room. I was also welcomed with glass of wine, just like little bottle of it, but it was nice.

I didn’t like my room, it was really old fashioned and there was a lot of dust everywhere, stains on carpet and curtains. Bed was also poor quality, it made a bit of noise when I moved. In bathroom I only could find a bar of soap and shower gel, no lotion or shampoo. The proportion of price to quality is just poor.

The view on the beach from the balcony and windows was beautiful. We had a nice, refurbished room, wide corridors and doors, good swimming pool and SPA centre. Very nice and professional staff. Lobby is very specious and also nicely refurbished.

The hotel itself was fine. I was travelling with disabled person and Miedzyzdroje is definitely not prepared and properly facilitated for disabled people. The most of the hotels are build on the elevation and Vestina hotel was probably the only hotel that had driveway that could be used by wheelchairs, however we needed athletic person to help push the wheelchair up and down. Apart from that the hotel needs good cleaning in the corners and balconies needs refurbishing. Before arriving to the hotel it was really difficult to contact them as no one was answering the calls. In the hotel room there supposed to be available one page of written information about restaurant, SPA, Swimmingpool, WiFi and instructions how to use the phone. I am not sure if this was only missing from our room or all rooms.

Nice sea facing view, but horrible balcony with possibility of people from other rooms climbing into your room. Rails seem dangerous.

The pictures make it look nicer than it is. It’s an ok, old building, but at peak time pricing of 150EUR/night it’s not worth it at all. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, towels never got changed, shampoo/shower gel never replenished.

No safety. Copies of the room keys are made without any ID check. It's enough to give the room number. I don't believe they know all the guests by heart. Additionally, there are no safety storages for your laptop or precious belongings in the rooms. Parking place is charged extra! There's more but I'm trying to forget this place ASAP.
