This was a lovely little home on the river with all the amenities one could ask for. Very well kept and I appreciated that all of the "extra" items available, such as bikes, kayaks, etc were in great condition and ready for use. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location easy walking or biking (bikes provided) to trails, shopping, restaurants. Deep river front for swimming, floating and kayaking (provided). Nicely updated, very clean comfortable house with river toys games and everything you need, and with the ability to add to your party with the garage apartment. Great property!

The house was just as described and had everything we needed and more! Great location in town - we walked to Mamacita's - and right on the river. We loved being able to hop in the kayaks and paddle in both directions and just float.
The house was by far one of the cleanest rental properties we have ever had!! Definitely recommend this gem.

We’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO’s and this property was one of our favorites. Well stocked kitchen and home, supremely comfortable beds and bedding, perfect size, beautiful decor and colors and the home was VERY clean. We were so impressed (which is hard to do.) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful backyard! House is exactly as pictured. There is an apartment upstairs available for separate rent, which I don’t think I knew. It was not an issue for us - separate access and largely separate spaces. Just something to know- particularly if you’d want to rent both spaces.

Loved our short getaway here for Spring Break - had 2 14 y/o teen boys who especially loved going kayaking, bike riding & fishing.
Safe, quiet town - grocery store down the road. Host stocked placed generously w/coffee and even a bottle of vino to greet us! We had nice BBQ, S’Mores.. kitchen fully equipped.
We didn’t even want to leave much because we enjoyed staying in, hanging down by the river and fishing.
Bed was super cozy and we felt at home. Loved the ducks who came to greet us.
Such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to plan another trip back to this very same spot again!

The property is absolutely wonderful, very clean, the view is spectacular, and so many places to relax indoors and out, and river toys to play with! It was also a perfect location. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Thank you so much for a throughly enjoyable time.

Great place to stay for our short visit to Kerrville. Property was very clean and fully stocked. Back porch was perfect for our morning coffee overlooking the river. We will definitely book again next time in town!

We spend Thanksgiving weekend with the family here, we cook Thanksgiving dinner and everything was perfect! Robin was very attentive and the attention to detail was just perfect! We had a wonderful time, and we will be back!

This home is very spacious and super clean. It was extremely comfortable both the living room furniture and the beds..Lots of amenities...very large patio with gas and charcoal grills. Beautiful back yard with lots of greenery and color leading down to the river.

Great location right on the water and convenient to restaurants, etc. Property is always very clean and Robin is very helpful if you need her.

The bridge to the west was a hot spot.
If you paddle to the East as far as you can go there’s a great swimming area!

This property was the perfect location for my husband and I and our granddaughter to have a little Kerrville getaway before dropping her off at camp. The river view from the back porch was delightful, and the house provided all the amenities we needed.

I was looking for a hill country river week for the family and this property delivered. The "back" yard is all by itself a mini-paradise to hang out in and we used the river access one way or another every day. The house itself was very clean and comfortable as well as convenient to town including restaurants and groceries.

Accommodations, and amenities were excellent. Nice, quiet location. We were impressed with the thought that was put into the furnishings, and available recreational equipment. Will definitely be at the top of our list on future visits to Kerrville.

Sparkling clean and Beautifully appointed!
The view is perfection. Homey and welcoming atmosphere. Could not ask for anything more in the way of comfortable beds, available household items and comfort. I don’t think I’ve never been in a vacation home so very clean! And the hosts anticipated our every need and answered every question promptly and fully!
The steps to the water were too steep for me, just to be informative. However, I have limited mobility. I watched young ones make their way up and down with no problem. The location was SO central to everywhere that we headed to a nearby park within a few minutes that had access and I swam my heart out. As close as it was to everything, you felt like you were in a secluded area. It was so quiet and peaceful!
I look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful location
We rented both the main house and upstairs apartment for a week in June. Our second visit. We loved it, the River, the location, backyard, kayaks, bikes, everything. Very relaxing and peaceful. Great for kids and adults.

Wonderful spot on the Guadalupe
This was our second time to stay at this lovely riverfront house. We love the windows looking out to the back yard and river and especially all of the flowers which attracted a lot of hummingbirds and butterflies. Sitting out on the patio we had ducks and deer in the yard. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks bread both in the yard and in the river. The kayaks are fun to cruise up and down the river. Sitting down by the water, we could hear the music from Robert Earl Keen's 4th of July bash and the fireworks go off right across the river from us making for the perfect viewing spot. I would highly recommend this place in Kerrville.

Beautiful River Front Oasis
We stayed for just one evening in Robin’s beautiful home. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was perfect and had everything we needed—including the cutest family of ducks and deer, right on the back porch!! Highly recommend this gem in Kerville,

Oasis in town
We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured! The location was spectacular. Plus, the house was well stocked with all of the necessities and then some. We really enjoyed using the tubes and kayaks. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. It was such a fun and relaxing family vacation. Our teenagers even enjoyed our stay.

Oasis in the heart of the city
Even though we were in the heart of the city it felt like an oasis. The backyard was so pretty and peaceful. The back porch was amazing. Mornings had a nice comfortable breeze even on the hottest days. We loved playing in the river at the edge of the backyard. The host had tubes, kayaks and fishing poles. Caught some fish too. Even though the host has bicycles we didn’t venture out on them. I loved that we were so close to restaurants and HEB. Best BBQ I’ve had was at Billies. We loved Billy Genes and Hill Country Cafe. The beds were so very comfortable! Loved our host’s responsiveness! Loved Kerrville!

Lovely Piece of Paradise
This property is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, or river adventures! We loved having so many different things to do and being able to stay at the property without feeling the need to leave. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Kerrville is a wonderful little town as well!

Beautiful view
My husband and teen daughters just spent the week here. The house was great. We spent hours enjoying the gorgeous backyard. Was easy for our girls to kayak the river. Bike trail was great too. The house has everything we needed to decompress and enjoy each other. Host was proactive with communication. Highly recommend Pint and Plow and Grape Juice for food.

House was just what we needed. Being on the river was great, and we were able to enjoy the kayaks and bikes. Owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Town has its cute parts. We recommend Rails restaurant.

Had a party of 4 ladies for quick weekend getaway. We absolutely loved everything about the house! The house was clean and in perfect condition. The host has great attention to details. There was everything we needed plus more. We had an awesome stayed. Enjoyed the location. Used the tubes to float down the river. We made a fire and everything we needed was available. We all enjoyed our time here and think all Vrbo rentals should be hold to this host’s standards. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.
