We had a great stay while on vacation in this well equipped, clean, and comfortable condo. Excellent and easy communication with owner. Would rent again!

Beautiful condo!! We were very impressed with the cleanliness, location, and overall experience! The pics online do not do it justice. The view was absolutely beautiful! The beds were super comfy! The master shower is a tad outdated, but worked just fine. We were overwhelmed with the extensive process when booking with the owner, but overall it was worth it!! Will book again, and highly recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay in Osage Beach. The condo was very comfortable, clean and lots of space for our group of 4. Our grandsons loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the huge indoor pool. The location was great with lots of things to do close by. We would love to come back to this property in the future.

Spent a weekend at the lake with two friends from college. This condo was perfect for us - three bedrooms for privacy, well equipped kitchen, lovely screened deck where we spent most of our time, fantastic view of the state park across the lake (no other condos or docks to look at) and a great location. There was boat traffic to look at but the lake was not crowded at all in our area. We were within ten minutes of every thing we wanted to do but in a quiet location that was very peaceful and relaxing. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed and more. The condo complex was very quiet. The indoor pool / hot tub was very nice (it was a little chilly for the outdoor pool but it was open). Scott was very accommodating to work with and VERY thorough with his instructions and information. He e-mailed lots of information so we had printed copies in case we had questions about anything. Easy check-in (condo is on the same level as the parking lot so no need for stairs or elevators) and check-out. I will definitely rent this condo again and have already recommended it to friends. Thanks for making our reunion weekend so pleasant.

Very nice unit. Scott was overly helpful. Pre-rental interview was a little overwhelming with all of the information and length of conversation, but he is very thorough. Additionally, we locked the bottom lock on the door one day by accident and he was readily available and had an alternative for the lock. Condo is beautiful. Has EVERYTHING we needed on inside pretty much but beach towels and personal hygiene. Couldn't hear neighbors next door so was a sound unit. Beds were comfortable. Lots of seating. Very clean. The condo facility was very clean. Pools were great! Lots of boats out every day all day. No lake swimming access, but there are at least 2 close locations to swim at the lake in the State Park nearby. We kept busy all week visiting area State Parks, the Swinging Bridges, Ha Ha Tonka Castle/Spring/Ruins, took a float trip down the Niangua River, fished daily, went swimming at the beach locations at Lake of the Ozark State Park, caught trout in the Niagua, saw lots of wildlife, shopped at the Outlet and other small strip store areas, had groceries closeby, had a great dinner a Wobby Boots. Check out was simple. Security on site was also great. We had a kayak we brought and he watched over it daily in the back of our truck. Very nice guy. Would rent again from this renter. This condo is beautiful and has everything you and your family need to have an amazing vacation! The view of the state park is incredible and peaceful. The pools and hot tub were so enjoyable. All the stores and restaurants are close. We spend a great deal of time on the deck enjoying the lake, eating meals together, and visiting. I brought my 86 yr old mother for the week. Her and my dad brought our family down to the Lake for over 50 years of family vacations. We lost my dad in January, and this trip was so good for mom. The condo is laid out perfectly to spend time together or have your own space to rest and relax. The owner Scott was wonderful to work with and very accommodating! We will come here again!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this condo again. Scott was very attentive. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. Also, the condo is in a prime location.

This is a very nice property and we were blessed with pleasant weather in the 70s (in early April!). Some of the highlights were renting a boat from Dirty Ducks, hiking at Ha Ha Tonka, Bridal Cave and horseback riding at Old Family Farm Trail. Scott is a very thorough and thoughtful owner and we would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Osage Beach!!

My husband and I brought our 15 year old and 3 friends for a spring break weekend. The place is immaculate, owner friendly and thorough, and the view beautiful. We had great weather, eating, a bit of shopping and the Malted Monkey. All in all, we'd definitely come back.

Really enjoyed staying in this unit. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well fitted out with pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. If you want to have a large gathering, this is not the unit to stay in since the owner understandably does not allow. Would stay again.

The property is beautiful and easy to access. Very close to businesses but very private. It is right on the lake and has indoor and outdoor pool, which was great with the time of year we were there!!! Definitely would visit again!!

It was our first time staying in Osage beach and the condo location was great. Beautiful water views with available dock for our boat. There was enough boat traffic to be entertaining to watch but not over the top like the main channel. The condo is just off the main roads but centrally located that made driving to different areas easy. Will defineitly stay here again!

Great property and an excellent condo. The condo was very clean and new. Very convenient entrance. Scott is a extremely attentive host and is very concerned with his guest satisfaction. I would definitely stay her again!

We enjoyed the convenience of 4th floor walk-in level from parking lot without having to use stairs or elevator but still having the beautiful 4th floor elevated deck view of the lake. Elevator or stairs are close by to use for indoor rec area or dock access....convenient. Very nice condo decor, kitchen well stocked with appliances and supplies, condo well maintained and super clean. Very good value. Very good stay. Wish we could stay longer. Bob G.

When returning to the lake, this is always our first choice. Condo is always immaculately clean, and decor is beautiful. Heated indoor, and outdoor pools. Bldg is less than 100 ft away from water. Located near elevator and stairs, but not needed when coming and going to-from parking lot level since this in on the walk-in level from parking lot but still has beautiful 4th floor deck view of water and state park. Upgraded deck with full screening, overhead fans, nice sized newer grill. seating for 8. Superior customer service and great value! MC

We took our family to the Lake of the Ozarks for a week and stayed at this condo unit at the Towers. Our stay was great and the condo unit was awesome! I was very impressed with the size of the condo and deck over looking the lake - beautiful view. The condo was very clean and updated with nice amenities. The condo owner (Scott) was very thorough in making sure we had all the needed information during our stay which made it nice. The condo was set up with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom had a view / door to the outside deck which made it nice to get up in the morning with a cup of coffee and a view to the water and state park directly across from the condo (nice to not have to look at other condo units across the lake). This unit was on the 4th floor (straight from the parking) which made it nice for my parents to not have to use the stairs or elevator. The elevator was nice to take down to the lake level for use of the docks, swimming pools, whirlpool/sauna and workout center. We used them all on a daily basis. Also a key item to note on this property - the location was perfect and centrally located on both the lake and land which we loved. On the lake, it is located in a quieter area (across from the state park) but a very quick distance to the main channel. The same goes to the quick travel into Osage beach (couple of minutes) to go to grocery store, resturants, and other entertaining activities. I would highly recommend this condo unit for others looking for a nice stay at a wonderful lake.

As we entered our rental we were pleasantly greeted with an immaculate condo. Simple and smelled wonderful. The view very peaceful and loved the screened in porch which we utilized every morning and evening. The condo is on the 4th floor which was wonderful for loading and unloading the car. We also rented the boat slip which was located in a slip easily accessed. The condo also came with a covered parking spot which was great as it was so hot our week. Will definitely book this condo again!

This condo was very nice! I honestly couldn’t say that I lacked anything. Scott obviously put a lot of thought into how to equip this condo. Very clean and well kept. Parking lot level was the best. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was the perfect getaway for our family. The condo was clean and meticulously cared for, therefore it made it a really nice place to vacation at.
