Comida estava muito gordurosa, ficamos dois dias sem água quente nos chuveiros.

The rooms were very spacious and with a nice bathroom and a much appreciated balcony. Very large and good breakfast with varied items to choose from. The hotel is very well located with direct access to the beach.

Staff was always friendly. Clean common areas.

The room wasn't smelling very good when we first entered it, so I'd guess it wasn't properly clean. The breakfast buffet is alright, but there are so many flies around. They should consider doing something about it. Also, anything you order from the bar is really bad and overpriced.

I know we’re in the nature but my room had some small insects which were completely harmless but would be good not to have them

maybe update the beds to newer and more comfortable mattresses.

The staff and location were great. The facilities are very nice and beautiful.

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel and we got two couple beds instead of 4 single ones. Also, there was a discrepancy between the cleanliness of the two rooms: one was perfect and the other smelled strangely.
