Sobre este casaalquiler
Historic Downtown Charmer, Water Views and Parking!

The home was such a great home base for our reunion in Annapolis. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Great food and drink recommendations. The location is unbeatable and everything was clean and comfortable. The shower head and water pressure were also worth noting. We would love to stay at 19 Pinkney again!

Location was perfect and allowed us to travel in and visit DC and Baltimore during the day and then come back to the quaint charm of the historic district. Literally walked EVERYWHERE which was super convenient.

This property is in the best location to enjoy old Annapolis. Walking distance to everything: great restaurants and historical sites to visit. Five minutes walk to the Navy Academy. It has a gate parking area and it is easy to bring suitcases in the home. The home is charming and comfortable.
Beautiful view from the terrace.
This place will be always our first choice when we drive to Annapolis to visit our family.

The property was charming, wonderfully convenient to both the Academy and downtown, and well-equipped. The included parking space insured a five star rating! I hope to stay again and take advantage of the rooftop view and a nice glass of wine at sunset.

Needed a place to stay for class reunion (Naval Academy). We’ve stayed in area hotels before, but wanted to be closer to restaurants while having a place where we could gather nicely. This was the perfect place. 3 adults. So nice to be able to sit in a living room or around a table and plan our days. The location is perfect, the furniture comfortable, everything was clean. We would definitely book again

Comfortable and very well maintained townhouse with off-street parking in downtown Annapolis. Walking distance to Naval Academy, Annapolis Harbor, Church and State Circles, and Market Street. Outstanding choice of restaurants. Ideal summer getaway.

Your in the center of it all with a parking spot! Was literally in the middle of historic tour, many spots were across or next to the house.

Great row house on a quiet historic street minutes from City Dock. Easy walking everywhere.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this wonderful location. The location is ideal for getting to local restaurants and the Academy. A dedicated parking spot behind the gates allowed us to unpack for our stay and easily run out for day trips without worrying about finding a parking spot - especially during the weekends and when the downtown parade was occurring. Thanks for the great stay!

Came to Annapolis to meet some old friends! It is a perfect location to downtown, the docs and The Choptank. Simple walk to the Naval Academy and St John’s. The place was great. Nice layout and the rooftop deck was amazing. Having a place to park is a huge plus. Would definitely make this my choice for all Annapolis visits!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location, right in the middle of everything, but still private enough to be a little oasis. The roof top deck was great and we enjoyed ending our day up there with a glass of wine. Having parking was a big plus and it was nice to be able to park and just leave the car until we were ready to leave. We were sad to go and plan to come back for a visit soon. Thanks for a great trip!

This condo is right in the heart of the historic/tourist area yet was peaceful and quiet.
Many restaurants, shops, the city dock, and the Naval Academy were just steps away. The off street private parking was a major plus in this busy area. We were able to leave our car there and walk everywhere. The rooftop deck was a great place for morning coffee and evening drinks. We would gladly stay again.

This is a great spot hosted by awesome people. Everything, and I mean everything, in Downtown Annapolis is within walking distance to this spot. And it includes a parking space! This was my second stay here and it definitely won’t be my last. The owners are great, funny, and beyond responsive and helpful. It’s awesome hanging out on the rooftop deck with a morning coffee or a nice nightcap. I highly recommend booking here!!

This is a rock star in the world of VRBO! Amazing location - steps from downtown while tucked away and quiet - and a short walk to the arts and music district of West Street. It is the little things that matter - comfy bed, plenty of hot water and great shower, all amenities you would need, off street parking (we parked the car on arrival and never used it again!), and a wonderful rooftop deck perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening (of note: tight staircase up and down). We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our first time in Annapolis.

This house is absolutely in the best location in Annapolis and to top it off there is private off street parking! We arrived on Friday and did not have to use our car the entire weekend. The house is steps away from the heart of the waterfront, restaurants and stores. Easy walk to everything in Annapolis. House was clean and had everything we needed, communication with Patty was easy and fast. Also, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic!! Great weekend, we would definitely stay here again!

Downtown charm with parking and view
As advertised, this property was everything expected and more. The location can’t be beat, 100’s of feet to McGarvey’s and everything downtown Annapolis has to offer. Hard to find properties with a dedicated parking space in this area of Annapolis and it has one. The view from the roof deck is an added bonus adding to the great charm of this rental. The property manager/owner is very proactive and was extremely helpful in making sure our arrival and check in went smoothly. If I need another downtown Annapolis rental this will be first on my list to look to rent.

Winter weekend
Our host was very accommodating, allowing for early checkin and delayed departure since the unit was not in use.
The location is perfect for access to the heart of the shops and restaurants in Annapolis. We could roll out of bed and into the Iron Rooster for breakfast.
The heating unit was a little noisy in the main bedroom, so we switched to the 2nd bedroom for a quiet night's sleep. That shouldn't be a problem in the other seasons when the heat isn't needed.

The property met all our needs for a long weekend visit to the Naval Academy and Annapolis. Location was close to the action but quiet and having a parking spot was great too.
