The property was in a convenient location for travelling into the city. Around 20 minutes via the metro.

No parking at all despite advertising parking is available - there are two spaces out the front and that’s it.

Quick and friendly check-in/-out. Relatively clean. Spacious room, nice wardrobe.

Found couple of someone’s hair in the bathroom. The shower was suboptimal, the water was leaking out while showering.

Too far out of Paris - had issues getting home at night

Location : convenient - 1 km walk to RER(B) at La Place which gets you to the Notre Dame in 10/15 minutes. The staff were helpful and positive. The property is not new but it's well maintained and they had a good standard of cleanliness.

Not much really, one has to consider that the prices in Paris are quite high and this is a relatively reasonable priced hotel.

Warm welcome on arrival by ‘Louise’ at the reception desk. Early check in facility. Easy access via RER train. Overall good facilitates. Good breakfast.

Shower water pressure low. Room temperature was high for May.

there was nothing that i liked ..except staff . very well mannered and soft spoken and helpful to guide you.nothing else .

room size, mattress(too soft), breakfast options, location (far away from tourist spots and Metro station.) , no one there to take your luggage to your room . you need to carry yourself.

The staff were friendly. Particularly the lady on check in and the bar tender.

Computer system was very slow when I had a taxi waiting for cash. No Parking or parking concessions. No Milk just one powder milk sachet

For a 4 Star I expected better. There was no milk in the hotel only to be asked to come downstairs and be given in a mug

The people at reception were exceedingly helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with my card, the receptionist remained completely calm and unfrazzled and found another way to let me pay. A person at the bar in the lobby was also friendly and enthusiastic. The room itself was very spacious and clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet and calm. Arcueil is not what you would call "exciting", but it's restful and low-key, and just a few metro stops away from the centre of Paris. There's a movie theatre next door, and a mall right across the street (which has several different stores, plus chain restaurants like McDonald's and Starbucks).

Perhaps this was just us (because it often seems to happen in hotels) but something in the air seemed to trigger an allergic reaction. Maybe it was the carpets or just the air circulation in general, but the air was extremely dry and made our eyes hurt (like on a plane) and our noses run. We opened a window, which did help.

Very nice breakfast, staff very helpful and kind.
