Die Lage ist toll. Gleich am Markt. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Es gibt sogar Eierspeisen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz hat uns auch gefallen.

Das Hotel besteht aus verschiedenen Gebäuden. Unser Zimmer 102 war sehr laut. Unter uns war die Küche mit viel geklapper und das Altglas wurde mit Schuss in den Container geworfen. Gleich nebenan eine Baustelle inkl. Presslufthammer. Wären wir länger als eine Nacht geblieben, wäre ein Zimmerwechsel nötig geworden. Lieber auf Seeblick verzichten und in der Dependance wohnen.

Der Park vor dem Hotel ist wunderschön. Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und wir haben lecker gegessen!

Für Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen ist der Weg vom Parkplatz ins Hotel beschwerlich. Um 5 Uhr morgens wurde mit überaus grossem Lärm die Abfalleimer an die Strasse gestellt, unser Zimmer befand sich 2 Stockwerke darüber. Auch wollte man uns die Parkplatzgebühr verrechnen, obwohl in der Buchung der Parkplatz bereits enthalten war. Das Frühstücksbuffet dürfte etwas lieblicher ausfallen.

Super angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt am See. Eigene Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Emplacement idéal, parking (10 euros par jour), chambre un peu vieillotte mais literie très confortable, possibilité de se faire thé ou café en chambre, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très aimable tant à la réception qu’au restaurant

Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très bien noté, nous avons donc pris un repas le soir. Nous avons été un peu déçus, repas correct mais sans plus

Hotel rústico y con mucha falta de mantenimiento y con dejadez sobre todo la planta segunda del hotel sin reformar, no hay cortinas de noche en las ventanas , las que hay son decorativas, solo persianas (mallorquinas), el hotel está dividido en varios edificios uno de ellos (vistas jardín) sin ascensor, el check out caótico no funcionaba el ascensor lo estaban arreglando (lo dicho falta mantenimiento).

The location is very nice because it is directly at the lake promenade. It is very good available by car because they have an own parking area.

The value for the money is very bad! We paid for a room roughly 250€ per night (including breakfast). To be more precise, the room is super tiny, the furniture is very old, especially in the bath room. Our room was directed to the lake but I front of our window was another building. People have thrown garbage in front of the window in the streets the whole night - including glas bottles! So we didn’t have proper sleep. Also, the room doesn’t have AC, which would be fine when you let the window open. However due to the extreme noice you had to choose between no sleep but some air, or sauna conditions inside. Furthermore, the check out time is way too early. People/ guests have to check out until 10.30 am. That means you don’t even have time to sleep out and / or sit in the beautiful breakfast outside area for having a good and relaxed morning coffee or tea. The staff is nice and friendly. Please also note, the Hotel does not accept American Express or the German DKB Visa Credit Card. So I recommend to pay by booking.com in advance since they accept those payment methods! Also here I must say, if a guest is supposed to be pay that amount of money for a night, then I would assume at least a little bit of customer service in terms of payment methods.

A most enjoyable stay - comfortable room and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. We have stayed at IL Portico before and have always enjoyed it.
