Close to town, but not the traffic or noise. Grandchildren loved the outdoor and indoor pools. Plenty of room for eight people.

This was a very clean beautiful condo and would have been an amazing birthday weekend for my two children and mother in law. Everything was very clean and as advertised except air conditioning. We were trying to sleep in 80 degrees at night and none of us were able to get adequate sleep and fully enjoy our trip. Would be a great destination if visiting at a time when of year when air conditioning not needed.

House was wonderful for our 9 guests. Plenty of sitting room and eating are. Bedrooms we comfy. It’s not got a 5 star only because it was missing some of the basics we never would have thought to bring from home like salt, coffee filters and paper towels, Saran Wrap or foil to save our cooked food. We had quite a few store runs that we weren’t expecting to have to make and ended up wasting a lot of leftovers due to no way of saving them

There was a "pass thru/internal window" from the master bedroom to the living room/dining room/kitchen therefore it was hard to sleep with any commotion in those common rooms. There was a reflection of those people in the master bedroom to people in the living room/kitchen in the evenings.
There was another "pass-thru/internal window" in the office next to the dining room. The office had a bunkbed up to that high pass-thru that posed a huge fall hazard. Children were also distracted by kitchen/living room/TV noise because of said window.
Not enough towels or hot tub towels for high occupancy for number of days rented. Not enough paper products, soaps, etc. for number of days rented at higher occupancy.

Overhaul a few kinks but we enjoyed our weekend.

Pictures do not do this townhome justice. It was the perfect blend of modern and woodsy. Located next to a golf course, it was perfect not having neighbors behind us aside from the occasional golfer. The location offers many amenities, including a spacious, well stocked and clean gym if you desire to workout as well as a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. Located just outside of Downtown McCall, near Ponderosa state park, this location cannot be beat.

No hottub as advertised. No WiFi. Otherwise good place.
We were very disappointed to find out the hottub had been closed for over a year because it wasn't under repair. After a day of skiing our group looks to enjoy a hottub on our trips and this was something we looked for in this VRBO place Vacasa clearly marketed the community center had a hottub but when we went down there the rec center person said it hadn't been working for over a year. No WiFi was also an issue for us as many of us brought our laptops for work and had to try and hotspot from our phones. The place was clean and comfortable.

The home had plenty of room for 2 families and was in a great location close to downtown McCall but not right in the middle of everything. WIFI would have been nice, especially for our teenagers. The porch light didn't work which was a little difficult since we arrived in the dark and the walkway was icy.

This place was pretty good. Had most things working for it. Functional space, easy to access, close to town and other amenities, but was lacking in a few areas. The front entry way light was dead. We tried changing the bulb and it still was a no go. During the winter, when icy and dark at night makes it pretty dangerous. Adding wifi would be nice and consolidating the remotes would be very nice as well. Or have instructions on what to do with each one.

It was A very Nice place, The only drawbacks was no WiFi, and No broom/vacuum. We like to try to keep it as clean as possible while we stay. We were only there for two nights, but if it had been longer it would have gotten to be a pain to keep clean.

Garage entry keypad did not work. Called VACASA they helped us gain entry via front door keypad.
Truck parked in garage gave us a start, we thought someone else had the rental. We did not have parking for two as stated.Batteries in fire alarm dead we replaced so the beeping ceased. Towel bar pulled out of the wall had not been fixed from previous guests. Kitchen cupboards packed with too many pots and pans, with no organization so no room for food to put away.

Front steps were in repair and not useable. Could be dangerous to children. Car in garage was unsecured (afraid to leave my bicycle in it) because only access was by opening overhead garage door by hand that was difficult for a 78 year old man and impossible for his 76 year old wife. Garage door needs to be repaired. Improper directions given for accessing the home. Main floor shower head squirted out over the door and soaked the floor. Old bent wire hangers for hanging closes instead of plastic hangers. Towels were still damp because house preparer took them out of dryer too soon. No WiFi. Toilet paper holder in main floor bathroom needed to be tightened.

Space and location were truly great. Lack of wifi was a problem because cell service (for multiple service providers) in the area is unreliable at best and often un-usable. DVD player in main room did not work (though the upstairs device was functional). Overall, it was a very nice time but some modern conveniences should not be anticipated when staying at this condo.
