Location, nature, tranquility, kind staff, great food.

Izbor zajtrka je zelo dober, lokacija mirna in primerna za dopustovanje.

Hrana pri večerji delno hladna, krožniki hladni, premalo ogreti. Mlačno/tople vode iz pipe ne strežejo, kljub temu, da smo naročili vino. Hotel 4* si tega ne bi smel dovoliti. Interier restavracije zelo pust in skromen, zasteklitev dolgočasna.

Very clean, modern and well kept premises. Important to have transport to reach premises but offers a very good car park for residents. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different facilities available

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The spa is nice also the outdoor facilities.

The food was OK, but could be better, especially for the price of the accomodation. Breakfast was excelent, dinner could do with some improvements.

Our room was a really large double, with an amazing view from the balcony. The surroundings of the hotel are incredible

The hotel has two pools and a jacuzzi (and a children's pool) which area accessible for all guests. The views from the room, pool, restaurant and outside area are amazing. It's a bit isolated from the crowd (not in Kranska Gora but a few kms before) but if you have a car you can go anywhere. The breakfast is also included in the hotel fee, and we have discounts for the spa area (we didn't use it this time but maybe next time we'll give it a try). There is a fair wifi network as well.

We thought we were getting a queen bed but we got twin beds next to each other instead. Apart from that, nothing to complain about!
