The location and view were just fantastic, parking
was big and comfortable.
The floor of the bathroom is 10 cm higher than the rest
so there is a step to climb . Furniture is a little bit old
We had dinner included ( half-board) not really satisfactory
usual breakfast , nothing special . Refill could have been
done more promptly , at 8:30 there was no salami ,or
scrambled eggs left

Nice views, nice hosts.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay but the dinner was not great. No water in room to drink.

Reception was great, hotel is struggling with staff like most hospitality in Europe
Location is excellent, nice pool and indoor wellness area of pool, jacuzzi and sauna all operational was lovely (and quiet as you would expecr for July)

Pipes in bathroom has an awful smell which the hotel says can happen after there is heavy rainfall or change in temperature.
Breakfast was disappointing, juices were made from concentrated powder were all from an automated machine and coffee with powder milk and terrible coffee which is shocking for an Italian hotel to offer given the high standards set across the country. Although most of the clientele is German speaking, I would still expect better in terms of brakfast choice and overall freshness of items offered. (Pastries were never fresh and tasted like days old)

Family atmosphere, friendly staff, good and cheap bar, pleasant climate due to the difference in levels, view of the lake
The hotel is right next to the road so the rooms facing the road are quite noisy. The decor is poor and based on the pictures we expected better.

The location and view of the lake was great!
The facilities in the room were not as expected. There was no lift for our room despite it was listed when we have booked the property.

- location is terrible. You need to drive up a hill for 10 minutes, away from the limone centre where all things happen

Hotel staff was very helpful and communicative. The Location and view from the balcony and teracce is stunning!! Parking available for guests all the time free of charge. Outside swimming pool and garden are beautiful, and the highlight of the hotel. Restaurant and bar prices are really correct.
Low budget hotel for exclusive price, absolutely overpriced. We are born in social Yugoslavia, and after 30 years we saw a comunist hotel again. Interior is not changed probably from the opening time of the hotel. Corridors looks like those in prisons, but rooms are little bit better- just like military barracs of eastern block. Fireplace is not helpful in August, moreover there is no fridge in the room (minibar not even expected)
Hotel lobby, bar and restaurant especially, desperatly need any kind of modernization!! Interior pool and spa has the most akward working time. Closing at 7p.m. In August!! Are you serious?!
Breakfast is good but just average, etc. There are more things with negative conotation, but this is enough...
