The location was central and the facilities were worth the price.. Everything was near and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodated an early check-in request as well

Clean rooms

1. Air conditioning is central. There is AC display in the room misleading guests. First nigh was 24 degrees and only when we complain and asked how to fix the AC we find out it’s central, not room controlled. So open the window to freeze or try to sleep with the central heat. 2. Internet reach in the room is poor. 3. Breakfast is OK 4. Change dates policy is unclear and no support is provided. I tried to manage and hotel declined saying I’d have to pay Booking cancel fees (I was not canceling I wanted change dates). They said Booking allow changes to 7 days where this is not written anywhere and it’s hotel policy only. Attempt to call the hotel and the reservation team can’t help you. Reach out Booking who send the hotel a message and they never replied. I ended up having to redo all my personal appt to not to lose my money. I’d not come back to this property for my future trips to Bento.

The location was perfect, the parking lot was avaliable, and the place was really clean

There were noisy children up until late screaming in the lobby (not really the hotel's problem, but if parents are not controlling their children they should be told about it, it's a hotel, people want to rest)
