Esta lujosa casa con vista al Océano Atlántico es parte de Sunrise Beach Resort, una comunidad cerrada exclusiva construida en 2007 con solo otras 10 casas. (También rento las unidades 109 y 111 en homeaway 4441696 y 4441714 en caso de que necesite más de una casa). Nuestra casa es la tercera desde el borde de las aguas hacia el suroeste. Relájese en su hamaca privada o disfrute del hermoso paisaje tropical y la fresca brisa en uno de los dos balcones, muelles o junto a la piscina, donde podrá tomar el sol desde la casa. Se pueden ver impresionantes vistas al suroeste del océano azul verdoso desde las habitaciones y desde el balcón de cada habitación.
Su bote, de hasta 24 pies, puede mantenerse en el muelle durante toda su estadía en las aguas tranquilas directamente detrás de la casa. Looe Key y American Shoal Reef se pueden ver desde la casa donde encontrará los arrecifes de buceo y esnórquel más bellos de los cayos, junto con la excelente pesca. The home was great! Lots of things to do and it’s so nice to use the kayaks or snorkel gear without having to rent or travel on the plane with any extra fun stuff ~ it was already there! Same with the crib!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Beach Resort in Cudjoe Key! The condo is beautiful and just steps away to the ocean and pool. John was the perfect host and provided lots of amenities inside and outside (including kayaks and bikes). Loved that it was close enough for day trips to Key West, or just relaxing at the condo. Home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 5. We really appreciated the thorough email before we arrived with information and tips for our stay. We were lucky enough to meet John right after checking in and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well. The home had supplies, dishes, etc that made the stay very convenient and the location was fantastic. We loved being within a fairly short drive of tourist locations like Key West and Bahia Honda State park without being in a congested area. Our family loved this vacation and will definitely be back!

Traveled to Cudjoe at the end of May for the sole purpose of fishing with a couple family members for a week. The home, however, was perfect for much more. While the marine amenities were fantastic for our needs, the property would also be excellent for a family with small children or a group of friends who wanted to do more than just be on the water all day. Also big thanks to John for being an excellent and responsive host! We will definitely be back.

The condo gave us all the necessary amenities to rest after 3 days of fishing. Location was away from the noise of Key West and 15 minutes from the marina for a day of fishing. This is our second trip staying at sunrise resort and we will probably do it again next year. Condo was clean and had no issues and was right on the water to accommodate boating activities.

Property was only about a 25 min ride to Key West. Location itself is clean, with all amenities, including access to kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. Balconies were great as well. We went out on the kayaks a couple of different days and the water was calm and beautiful. Host was cordial and when I had a question, he responded via text very quickly. We will be back.

We definitely enjoyed the property. It was great being close to key west, but not in the middle of it. There was lots to do for the family on the property and we were close to beaches and attractions as well. There was a water main break and the owner was incredibly comminicative which helped a lot. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Quant home nestled back right off Hwy 1 (Overseas Highway). Beautiful scenery, wonderful accommodations! My teenage girls thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Fun seeing the iguanas sunning on the dock. Very quiet. Easy drive down to Key West for shopping and night life.

Overall was great. Some of features advertised weren’t available. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not and had been broke since September. However we were not made aware of this prior to visit. Fishing poles were in different units not ours. Other than that would definitely recommend this place.

This was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. The house is very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having our coffee each morning under the house or down at the dock. We also took advantage of the kayaks multiple times! It’s an easy trip into Key West-we went twice. This house was a great location and had everything we needed. If we visit again, we’d definitely stay here!

Property was just as listed. Close enough in you could be involved with the Key West crowd, Far enough out you could get away. My only suggestion would be to put another sign out front on the other side of the driveway. Very easy to miss the entrance.

The house was great for what we needed. Communication was prompt and clear. Location/beach/pool area was beautiful. The house unfortunately had a strong smell of cigarettes smoke on the first floor. We notified the owner as soon as we arrived and we were told that the oven had recently been cleaned and that was what we smelled. It was definitely not oven smell. The upstairs/bedrooms were not impacted by the smell but it was very strong every time you walked through the front door. Everything else was just as expected and very nice. Was disappointed as the strong smell.
