breakfast was a disappointment. staff at breakfast basically ignored guests-had to hunt him down to request Cappuccino, which was horrible-worst coffee in Italy. very poor experience.

The room needs some hooks! There is a lack of space (outside the wardrobe) to hang anything. This is especially rather surprising for a ski hotel

All the staff were super friendly. We had the most amazing dinner there! The attention to detail was outstanding in all aspects of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

For being a 4 star hotel and having a junior suite, there was literally not enough space to sit comfortably (knees touching shower cabin) Shower cabin really small. No place at sink level to put your necessaire, a low shelf under the sink where you could put it. View from one window was down to the alley, could not see the Dolomites from the window with a view. The other 2 windows were covered by leaning roof so could not see out at all. Lovely big candles at the bottom of the stairs and outside but were never lit. Asked for breakfast "bag" as we were leaving before serving breakfast and were promised to get something for departure, but on the day nothing was prepared so we had to leave withouth.
