Location was great and room was pretty spacious.

Bed was not comfortable and at arrival I was informed about a range of closed amenities (I actually booked for the gym). Also a daytrip booked at the hotel was canceled at a short notice. Construction noise. Apparently all the amenities are also charged when they are open - but I hear that is common in Japan…

Me and my husband love the view from the terrace it was relaxing especially when u woke up in the morning!! And the staff were so really nice and friendly!!

The hotel has a beautiful beach and all the facilities I expect from a resort hotel, including the option of arranging a snorkeling tour. There are shops there that sell goggles, swimwear and other little conveniences so that you never have to leave if you don't want to. You can also borrow bowls and other cutlery from the friendly reception people if you want to eat something in your room. But if you do venture out, you'll find nice eating and drinking places immediately outside.

it was second time I've been staying there. And i am in love with breathtaking ocean view from hotel's room.

Old 80s style hotel, everything looks run down. Really confusing that there are 2 hotels in the same building with similar photos and you don't know which one you are booking. Some staff at the Moon Beach hotel are HORRIBLY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE, treating non-Japanese tourists like dogs (LITERALLY) - shouting, barking orders, pointing fingers in the face over a small misunderstanding (because ALL SIGNS ARE IN JAPANESE).
