My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It is zero entry which is important at our age. Good beds, AC and tv. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet and it's a block from the river so easy walking and/or biking.

The master bedroom had ample room with closet, dresser and king bed. Other two bedrooms lacked space for luggage. Bathroom was extremely small. Because of reviews, we expected to be closer to walking paths in parks and along the river. The yard and landscape needs work compared to the neighborhood. The back yard was not inviting. The inside design and coloring was nice. The owners were extremely helpful and always friendly and available. The supplies and equipment were adequate.

This house was wonderful for our family of four. Plenty of parking, and the layout of the house was very functional. The house was very clean and plenty of space to unpack (which isn’t always the case)! Very quiet, walkable neighborhood. The location is within walking distance of the river which makes for great outings. We would definitely return.

We traveled to St Paul for a college football game at Minnesota. Place was nicely located in a nice neighborhood only a couple of blocks from a pathway along the Mississippi. Paved trail has wonderful views. Beds were comfortable and the house was well-equipped. We comfortably had six of us there to enjoy a carry out dinner and hanging out after. Ample and easy parking. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This little retro home was perfect for our needs. It was close to a beautiful park where we walked our dog, close to several universities and so easy to get to. It was ideal for us as we were there to move our child into college! Just wait we needed.

This was a really nice property in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to Mall of America and the stadiums downtown Minneapolis. It was easy to get around with lots to do in the area. It is really close to the airport as well. It was truly a home away from home. I definately would stay again. All the comforts of home.

This is a beautiful ranch style home, retro and fun, bright, clean, with everything you need, and in a beautiful location. If you’re coming to Minneapolis as tourists, it’s very close to so many fun things to do and see: Mall of America, Como Park, downtown, Great Wolf Lodge water park, etc. Just minutes from the airport. Hosts are wonderful and quick to answer any questions. If we return to Minneapolis, we will definitely rent this house again!

We loved staying here. Access was super easy and the location was very convenient to the airport, Mall of America, groceries and take out. The bunnies in the front yard were super cute and the birds singing and chirping in the morning were thoroughly enjoyable. There were 6 of us and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our family of four + small dog stayed for spring break and enjoyed the home very much. Plenty of towels and pillows for us! We all had our own rooms which made the house seem roomy and relaxing. Neighborhood is convenient and quiet and I felt safe walking the dog alone after dark. Highly recommend.

The hosts have made this pet friendly rental homey and appealing. The decor is lovely and accommodates a dog owner's needs.
The kitchen is stocked with the necessary equipment for simple meal preparation. (Grocery store nearby.) Lots of towels in the linen closet, foosball in the garage, large washer and dryer, large TV with Netflix. (We had our own Firestick.) And comfortable beds!
We were here to visit family but the location is close to everything if you are site seeing or shopping.
Plus, I don't think you'll find a nicer host on VRBO!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Great neighborhood right by the Mississippi River with ample parking. 10-15 minutes to mall of America, us bank stadium, and downtown St Paul. House was cozy with all the amenities needed for a family. Appreciated the crib, high chair, foosball table, games, and books! Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels, sheets, and extra pillows! Great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The property owners were welcoming and diligent to reply to all our questions. The walls and doors are solid so people can sleep in quiet bedrooms while people are gathering in the kitchen and living room. The neighborhood is family oriented and fun to walk in. One block away are trails along the River Blvd. Across the river there are miles of trails as well. Shopping is a short drive, and very good cafes and a famous delicatessen. Easy drives to both downtown, the airport, and universities. We only stayed for a week, but could have enjoyed it longer.

We came up for the baptism of my twin nieces. The house suited our needs perfectly. It is located near the airport and shopping. Plus, the beds were super comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed to start our day. As an added bonus, it is close to the river walking paths.
