The location was the ONLY thing good about my stay.

The room that I rented for 2 weeks was nasty when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself before the stay. The bedding was stained. I had to was those also on the first night of my stay before I could use them. I rented this room because there was an emergency at my place and I had to find housing with no advance notice. I was billed for an additional day $76 due an billing error. The manager said she would correct this and fix my bill but this never happened. Lashonda at the front office was very rude and unprofessional. I was attempting to extend my stay from Saturday until Sunday. Lashonda said that I could not because the office was closed on Sunday. Once I told her that I only needed to stay until Sunday not Monday. She told me that I had to leave Saturday. Once I checked out she never gave me my security deposit that I paid in cash .Once I called on the phone to ask why I didnt receive my deposit she talked over me and hung up the phone on me. I never received my deposit. This type of customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. The comfort level of Lashonda with her unprofessional, takcy behavior let you know that this is the norm for this location. I will make sure I pass the word about my experience. No one should ever have to experience such tacky and rude service especially when they arw PAYING for a service. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

roaches investations things fall apart tub nob.. staff was smoking inside my room when I arrived to the room and allowed other guest to use my hotel bathroom… place smells like smoke and dust moles… I’ll never stay there again

Terrible, terrible...Was placed in a dirty room...bathtub was filthy, toilet was loud with constantly running water (It did get fixed on day two), microwave was broken, and the TV remote was sketchy (some functions worked but others didn't work). Management gave multiple excuses and 5 days later offered a breakroom microwave and for me to go get it and bring it to my room. Terrible, just terrible.

It was cheap and the staff was friendly when I arrived.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable for a week. Wifi was slow. One roll of toilet paper for stay, what kind of policy is that? Room looked run down.

The convenience to the stores and the freeway. The price was good.

You had to wash your own towels. No one cleaned your room while you stayed there.
