Great location with lots of outside space. Comfy beds and outside table with chairs to sit. very good breakfast too. Amazing play park for kids

The family room was little bit on a smaller side but still very comfy.

Check in is shown till 22.30 on Booking, we came at 22 and everything was closed, nobody replied on phone and messages. Had to call to Booking.com to cancel the booking and look for the other hotel at night with kids. No messages, no apologies…

The park around the Hotel is a great place for kids. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff was very friendly.

Evening Buffet wasn’t good. Food was over cooked and selection limited. Trays of food not replenished when empty. Ran out of milk to refill coffee machine. No dessert for adults. Breakfast . Hot breakfast very little food left and not replenished . Ran out of butter and had no more to refill dish. Appeared to have a problem with ordering enough food for their guests. We didn’t arrive for meals late for meals .

This hotel is very good for families with children. The hotel has in an apart building lot of activities for children. Next to the hotel is a park with a big playground. The breakfast was excellent. Sauna is super. Great and cheap bike rent service.

Someone broke to our car(broke window and stole few things from car (including tablet) and staff from hotel was not even moved and did not care about that someone broke into our car in front of the hotel. All they did was to call the police after I asked them twice and they showed no interest in helping us. On your site it says that parking in front of the hotel is "private", it is a lie because this is public parking with no CCTV or safety provided. Last time I was in this Hotel I had problem with payment, they charged me double even though i was supposed to pay at check out and they charged me over booking.com before we even checked in(Hotel mistake). In my room after check in i found empty bottles left in the middle of the room and in general my room was not clean when i got it in first time(we have corona virus pandemy and rooms should be extra clean..). I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
