¡Bienvenido a Base Camp! Esta lujosa casa de montaña se encuentra en la parte superior de Solitude Village, justo debajo del telesilla Apex Express con acceso a esquís muy conveniente. El campamento base ofrece un amplio espacio para hasta 17 personas, con 6 dormitorios y 6 baños, una gran sala con vistas a la montaña, un jacuzzi privado, cocina gourmet, botas de esquí y guardaesquís, así como una gran sala de juegos con Mesa de billar, y estacionamiento para hasta 4 autos. Esta casa cuenta con muchas ventanas para que entre la luz natural y las vistas de las laderas, techos abovedados, WiFi y televisión por internet.
La soledad se divide en dos áreas desde las cuales comenzar sus aventuras de montaña en invierno o verano: el área inferior del rayo lunar y el área base de la aldea más grande donde se encuentra el campamento base. El campamento base se encuentra dentro de las puertas de Solitude Village, más cerca del elevador de Apex que el que deja el transbordador. Overall, a really great stay. Half our group was sick, so we spent a lot of time hanging out at the house. Everyone seemed to like it and there were very few complaints.The Good:Large gathering areaEveryone could sit and have a meal together or play gamesQuiet private areaRight next to the resort, so lots of amenities (restaurants, ski lifts, hiking, biking, disc golf, fishing about a mile up the road.)There was a heat wave, but the house stayed pretty cool. We were traveling with our family and a few friends. The home was perfect for our needs between the location, amenities in the home and my correspondences with Cottonwood lodging. The kitchen was well equipped for this group who loved to cook, the home has a fabulous floorplan, there were plenty of linens, the hot tub was well maintained and the large mudroom was terrific for this group of skiers/snowboarders. A big thank you to CL for dropping off a crockpot the next morning after realizing the house did not have one. We enjoyed the proximity to the lifts, Thirsty Squirrel, spa and the little market. Having been to Solitude before we knew that grocery shopping prior to driving up is a must because the provisions at the little market are slim pickings.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was amazing and more than we expected. Located right in the Solitude Village and close to the slopes. Working with the property management company was one of the best experiences that we have ever had! Very personalized and genuinely caring staff.

First time in Solitude, Utah. My family and I LOVE IT!!! The house was beautiful, comfortable, CLEAN, great location. I felt like I was home. Easy access to skiing.

We have stayed in this home in the past and absolutely love it! The location makes it easy to walk to skiing (and snowshoeing) and restaurants. Rooms are large (the Master bedroom is HUGE!) and comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. If anything is missing a quick call to the Property Management will take care of it right away! We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Just a lovely home & location for our extended family! Hope to stay again soon!

Base camp serves us perfectly as we were there for a king weekend celebrating our son’s wedding. We had extended family and friends in town and it really was a great gathering spot for everyone. And, pool, ping pong, the hot tub all added to the fun.
Kitchen was well stocked and Easy check in, and communication with the property management. Definitely recommend!

My ski group likes to move around, otherwise we would be back. In 30 years, this house was one of the best! A few minor issues were quickly cleared up by the very attentive staff.
We would have liked regular cable or satellite TV, but were able to substitute enough using Chromecast from our phones.
I would estimate that the Apex lift is at least a 5 minute hike in the winter with ski gear. We were able to ski back to the house, after having to take our skis off to cross the road.

We had a great stay in this beautiful property. The rooms were clean and the linens were sparkling! We enjoyed the hot tub and the guys played on all of the games. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. It was a hot weekend and the house was a bit hot, but we were ok with the windows open.

Perfection
The house was better than the pictures could possibly show. So many activities for the kids to play. A wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, and an all time memorable hot tub. We can't say enough about how wonderful and clean the house was. And to top it off the property manager was amazing as well.
