Wonderful Vacation away from touristic places. The typical Gran Canaria House/Villa was very clean , stylish and the Bed/Matratze was very good. In the House is everything you need. High standard. Very quiet place. Jose (the owner) was very friendly and gave some good recommendations.

The Pool could be a little bit bigger but that is not a complaint itself , just a remark.

We had a fantastic family stay at a Villa Canaria. The villa is located in a non-touristic area which is great if you are looking for a quiet and private place to stay. The property is spacious, has 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge area and kitchen. We travelled with a baby and we got baby bed, baby chair and bathtub etc. Also, in the kitchen we could find all the necessary equipment that we could think of and even more! The villa has also basic sports equipment for an extra charge. Parking was available right next to the house. We particularly enjoyed the garden. Our kids had a great time in the swimming pool and we also enjoyed our breakfast time outside in a shaded area under banana trees. Also, we could pick fresh bananas, papayas, maracujas, tomatoes from the garden and even fresh eggs from the chicken every day. Kids loved it! For a small fee, we also got daily fresh bread from a local bakery which was ideal. The host, Jose, was very accommodating and super friendly. He welcomed us personally, walked us through the property, and left for us fresh fruits, bottle of wine, bottled water. He provided great tips about surroundings. Jose truly cares about his guests and ensures that the property is sustainable by using a compost box and solar panels. He even informed us about our energy usage and our positive contribution to the environment, which we found very insightful and rewarding. We truly loved our stay!

Nothing. The villa is a quiet sanctuary to totally unwind

We love our stay in Villa Canaria. We travel a lot with kids so always always we rent a house. Our last experience by Puck Bay in Poland on May 1st, 2022 in House on the Hill, 26 Piekne Widoki, 84-120 Oslonino, Poland was terrible. I am in shock that the property is still on booking.com! So, we were concerned about the next travel but Villa Canaria charmed us. We also loved the garden with tomatoes, herbs, and pepper we were allowed to pick. It was also beautiful to have a cup of coffee under banana trees. We had fun collecting eggs each morning from the chicken coop located in the garden. The host of Villa Canaria, Jose is very dedicated and helpful. He answered our questions on what's app immediately. When we arrived (it was very late because of our flight), Jose left some ham, cheese, butter, a bottle of water and wine, milk, and some fruit for us. It was really nice. The villa is located in the North of the island in the area with actually no tourists which we like very much as well. We spend a marvelous and memorable time in Gran Canaria which was due to our stay in Villa Canaria.
