The way receptionist who we found on our arrival welcomed us.No timetable for loadsheddings in our rooms.

A friendly staff, sea view

There was a few faulty things but they manage to sort those things

It was clean

way too much false advertising. I specifically booked the place for the kids facilities available onsite. only to get there and none of it was available. please remove that from your website it is misleading.

Neat with good beach front views

Very noisy, staff was slow when asked for things to room.

Space in the apartment, bar area with bar fridge, full kitchen and dining area, large patio, across the road from the sea, plenty of cupboard space, full dstv, in addition to the apartment a/c, 2 of the rooms had ceiling fans for the mozzies, generators during loadshedding, value for money, large covered patio for ground floor units, if the party wasn't in the hotel grounds it was from one of the neighboring bars or parking lots - lots of noise until early hours of the mornings Thursday-Sunday.

Location - sad to see how much Margate has deteriorated (traveled out of season tho) since lockdown, did not feel safe walking too far from the hotel, most nights there were parties going on in rooms (was eventually dealt with each time but seems to be a hub for youngsters wanting to party) - did not feel it was really a good spot for a young family, streets around the hotel littered with glass bottles and urine smells each morning, post-lockdown the children's entertainment room and related services are not available - pictures should be removed from the description, damp in the bathrooms with mold developing, glass bottles left next to our patio twice overnight

The apartment itself was quite nice. It had all the facilities, we needed within our reach.

There was no receptionist at night to be found. My son feel ill, and we went to the receptionist to try to guide us to the nearest pharmacy and there was no one. We went at 1am and then again at 4am and finally just went at 7am ourselves when shops opened. As for the noise, this is not a family environment for people who has small kids. This is false advertising, because it should be mentioned that this property is for people who wants to party at night. The noise from outside, you cannot control, but you can guide people looking for a weekend away from our busy life's that this is not the one you should choose based on the noise level Most of your noise was from the people staying in the Margate sands. They were singing from various balcony and joining people in the pool area singing as well. It was like a concert. I did not pay to attend a concert, I paid for relax and quietness. As for the braai area, that is not right. Different people have different requirements, and not everyone would happy braaiing on a stand that was used by someone else. We may not eat beef and pork and that was used to braai it and it would not be right. It should be cleaned after each person braais. That is the hygienic thing to do, and due to covid the best thing to do. No one came to clean our room, they forgot according to the last person who checked out of our apartment on Monday.

I loved everything about the place especially the kids play ground...they really enjoyed ....the Saturday morning entertainment was good the location...waking up to the sea view was amazing everything was perfect

I couldn't use my voucher for the massage because it was only active from Monday to friday

Property was well kept and clean, one of the best hotels in area. Hotel had power while there was loadshedding.

Safety at night in street is an issue of concern. However, hotel safety and parking was up to a high standard.

The place is very noisy. Could not get a Peaceful night rest. Some of the guest was partying at the pool area till the early hours of the morning. I definitely won't be booking here again.

the holiday was perfect and the accommodation helped make it a perfect family holiday

there is no indoor activities

The perfect holiday destination in Margate ,the kids loved fred which was a bit of entertainment and all the facilities that are available for the kids .

during our stay ,just one day, cold and raining and the kids game room was not open , nor did there be any indoor activities ,Maybe look into it ! but this did not hinder the holidays for the kids in any way.
